Bed and frame arrived separately. The frame arrived first and seven days later, the mattress arrived! I assumed when you ordered a “set” both pieces would arrive together? The mattress is like sleeping on a marshmallow. I called to complain about how soft the bed was, and I was told to remove the mattress and walk on it to remove air, and to repeat this process over the course of several days. Okay, nowhere in the “instructions” (on the side of the box), are you instructed to walk on the mattress over a period of several days, before installing it on the frame. I walked on the mattress a few times a day over the course of a week, and then drug the mattress back on to the adjustable frame, and saw little improvement. Also, there are no handles on the outside of the mattress, and I live alone, so removing a queen sized mattress from the frame by yourself is quite challenging. I must wait 30 days to return the mattress, and I’m like a little kid counting down the days before Christmas. I cannot wait to be rid of this mattress! If you weigh 95 pounds, it might be a great bed, but I do not. I’m 5’11” and weigh170 pounds. If you sit on the side of the bed it collapses to the frame, zero support. I sleep in the middle of the bed. The remote control is great, and the lighting/ illumination feature underneath the frame is nice. The massage feature is a joke, as the mattress absorbs the vibration and whatever movement you feel is very, very subtle.

Edge of mattress feels as if it’s going to make us slide off, when we sit, or roll to edge, also it seems as if there is a hole in the center, the base has started making many noises coming from underneath the frame each time we press to adjust any and all positions, also the book position stopped working entirely. My wife has had 2 cervical surgery’s recently , we fear these conditions could cause injury .

They say a bad start makes for a good finish and I can attest to that! After several delivery glitches my bed and frame arrived. The white glove fellows installed it and it is wonderful! The base has lots of settings that I probably won’t use but the most important ones are the head and foot elevation. As an aging adult, it will get lots of use. The mattress is soft, has some memory foam but is also flexible ( I don’t feel trapped in one position). I am a side sleeper and it works great for me! Easily assembled , bed is amazing with back and neck pain!!!! It’s helps me sleep they the whole night and was having trouble doing that for a long time . I would get this bed if you are having problems sleeping abs problems with back and neck pain . Also delivery was really quick.. I have told friends and family about ghost bed and they are thinking about switching and giving them a try

The bed itself is awesome! Me and my husband have literally had the best sleep of our lives! We decided on the adjustable split king beds. While there is a bar that holds them in place at the bottom, they slip off to the sides easily and we have to push the mattresses back on the base every three days or so. This is not an issue if you’re young and healthy, but being older it’s not as easy as it sounds to put the very comfy mattress back on it’s base. We did have some issues about our understanding of the “White Glove” delivery service, which were resolved to our satisfaction. The Customer Service is awesome!

The whole set up is very straight forward, the instructions were easy to interpret. The mattress itself is firm but conforming. A few days in and it sleeps like a dream. The adjustable base allows the user to have a personal touch in their positioning. Zero g is amazing with the massage settings. Overall an excellent combo and this is coming from someone who was skeptical with getting their money’s worth. Working nights at a hospital has taken a toll on my sleep and this combo has alleviated the compiling sleep issues and body detriment.

The ghost bed is wonderful! I didn’t expect it to b sooooo comfortable! I sleep better..... my husband sleeps better........, it’s easy to set up......the customer service is quick and efficient. Everything was done over the phone/internet. This is truly what “one stop shopping” means. Who would have thought that a new bed is one phone call away. ..... and....... the price is right!

My husband has had back surgery and 2 artificial knees. We are very pleased with the system. My hubby said he never slept so great. I love it too we are both well rested when we wake up. Hubby likes the Auto 10 min massage which he uses every night. The 3D Matrix mattresses are amazing. Everyone should have one of these.

I've been wanting an adjustable bed for years and finally got one. The mattress is very nice, firm but with enough give to be very comfortable. If you like a mattress that swallows you up, this may not be for you. The adjustable base is great for reading in bed, whish I do every night. The under-bed lighting is cool for when you need to get up at night for something, and the flashlight feature is great as well! I only used the massage a few times, it's okay but not as strong as I hoped. This was not a main criteria in my selection, so not too worried about it! The only negative I have seen, is sometimes the preset adjustments don't work unless you go back to flat mode first. When I go from reading directly to zero gravity, it doesn't seem to get it right. If I go flat first, it seems to do it. I hope this is not an indicator of upcoming issues with the base! Overall, I love it so far. The adjustable base is awesome!

We’ve been sleeping on our Ghost Bed for about 6 weeks now. I use a sleep app on my smart watch and it told me I was getting a better quality sleep from the first night we slept on it. In the past 6 weeks the length of sleep, number of restful hours and heart rate dip have all shown improvement. The bed is comfy, a good firmness for us but I don’t find it to be as cooling as others have said. It arrived within days of ordering and the packaging made it easy to move up the stairs. It was easy to put together and we used the brackets to connect our head board. A couple of things I’d suggest - invest in sheet straps. Without them to secure our fitted sheets I did find they had an annoying tendency to pop off when you move the bed’s head position. We bought two remotes thinking it would be nice to have one on either side of the bed in case one person fell asleep first and had the remote on their side of the bed it would be handy to have another in reach - that didn’t work because it appears you can only have one paired at a time. We like sleeping in the zero gravity setting but I found my husband was more likely to snore like that so it takes some work to tweak it and learn the best position for you. Neither of us are overly tall but I do find when you move to the TV watching position for example, you’ll need to hike your butt back or you’re feet will hang over the end. In other words, it will take some getting use to the different settings. Overall we like the bed and we’re sleeping better. We definitely thought the price was competitive and the shipping was fast and appreciated that it was made in Canada. Built in USB ports are also a useful feature.
