I bought the adjustable base combo and am currently a little over 60 days in to the trail and have already contacted CS for a remedy. So here goes... Delivery: Received the mattress two days before the base. Both are heavy, but with two people can be easily set up with no problems. Was able to sleep on the mattress the same night with no weird smell. Base: The instruction manual was easy to read and understand. Also describes all the functions and features. The included USB ports are nice, but charge super slow so I opted for my normal chargers for devices. It also slides, a lot! So make sure you also invest in the brackets to keep the base in place. The primary con for me in regard to base is that the anti-snore function worked for about two weeks and then stopped. Have to manually adjust to that setting. Further, the vibration patterns go all wonky every now and then. Mattress: I opted for original ghost bed, and height is a bit lower than my old mattress. The sides droop down when sitting on the edge, so it feels as if you'll slide right off when putting on shoes. The firmness is good, but my husband and I both wake with back pain that is typically worse than it was. That claim was my primary motivation for purchasing in the first place. Mattress needs to conform to base adjustment still as certain positions leave gaps between the base and mattress. Returns: you can return/replace the matress within the trial period. However, base purchases are final. If you choose to upgrade the matress, hen your trial is complete and you're stuck with the new one for better or worse. Customer service is excellent, however, I wanted another couple days to discuss whether to fully upgrade or just return the matress and go with a different brand. Was told than fine and made an appointment for a follow-up. That was mine days ago, with no emails or calls from the company since. This is not the first bed that I have purchased online, but now my advice is to go into a physical store and try any mattress that catches your eye or matches your criteria for a new bed. For the price, I want to be sure that a mattress will meet my needs and I'll not be stuck with a bed that promises one thing but doesn't deliver. I was hoping my experience would be much better.

The white glove service delivered 31 days after I ordered my bed My items were sitting in the warehouse for four weeks ‘lost’. After many calls they did a sweep and found them. If you choose white glove set up keep this in mind. Otherwise we love the bed the two nights we have slept on it

It took a while to get use to the bed, we now enjoy it. Shipping the bed was pretty prompt, but the head board brackets we’re still waiting for to arrive. At least I received an email that they have shipped.

I didn't know what I was missing. Best sleep I've had in a long time. The adjustable base is very easy to use and quiet. The preset positions are perfect. Highly recommend.

We were looking for a split king adjustable bed with a firm mattress. We bought the Ghostbed Classic, which is the firmest one available. It is perfect! Very comfortable yet firm. We are very pleased with this purchase and highly recommend it!

I just replaced a new Sleep Number P6 with the adjustable combo, because I was never pain free in hips. Sleep comfort has improved every night, so far no pain. Since I could not return Sleep Number adjustable base frames, I'm still using them.

This base is built strong, excellent support, top of the line features, head, foot adjustment, zero gravity, snoring adjustment, head and foot message and under bed lighting.

Had a problem with my flex mattress being a little hard. I called in spoke to a replacement Mattress and was given a memory form topper free of charge which helped tremendously. If the topper doesn't help l was offered a nother mattress.
