Bought the split king and set up, was quite simple. Fit inside the existing bed frame and headboard/footboard. The bed is quite firm - i would describe it as firm, not medium firm. So if you want firm, you will like this, and we are ok, but wish it was a touch softer. The biggest issue is the two twin mattresses slide apart from each other easily. constantly pushing beds back together. needs some kind of frame on the adjustable part to keep the bed from moving. I might have to come up with something. And the mattres cover is loose, like it could fit a 13 inch or taller mattress, so lots of room to move. That adds to the slippery movement too. Other than those things, we like it OK

This sleep experience is the best. Sleeping like I haven't in years. The massage mattress is a life changer. I researched this mattress and GhostBed. They receive high marks on Consumer Reports. As a side sleeper, I tossed my TempurPedic Adapt Pro Hybrid and Ergo base (only 3 years old!) and it's the best decision I've ever made. The Rodney in sales and Celia, the White Glove Coordinator, were both excellent to work with. The extra efforts were so appreciated. I am blessed to own this mattress. Bought this months ago but just recently set it up. The bed is comfy, however, the split king mattresses keep sliding off the sides of the base. It took awhile to figure out which settings worked best for us for sleeping but once we did, no more back pain. If only the dang mattresses didn’t create a canyon in the middle of the bed!

This is our second Ghostbed package and the first with the adjustable base. Love the comfort and durability of the mattress and the ease of the base.

Love the sturdiness of the base and the ease of use of the various functions with the remote! Plus, the base was easy to assemble. The mattress met all expectations.

I bought this for my guest room, but I use it a lot to watch TV and relax. The mattress is very cool to the touch. After a few weeks the mattress has soften up and it is great on my back. I would recommend this to everyone.

The bed frame has so many good features I'm so happy with it

I posted a previous review on Wednesday, 2/7/2024, a one star... I had only received the frame and no mattress. I called Sams, and they hung up on me 3 times, I also went to my local store, and the customer service lady was very kind, but I was told they had sent my case to their Specialist team. I also used the chat option and was told the same thing. Long story short, I did get emails from Sam's that they were working on my case. The mattress arrived on Friday, 2/9/2024. Sams has always given me excellent service, so I was willing to see this to the end and post/ review my end experience. I can't review the bed yet. I just started putting it together, but it's out of the box and it looks like it's built strong.

I was really hoping for a soft mattress. They are a little bit too hard for my liking. I really might have to try the 101 night sleep EXCHANGE.

This has changed our lives. We don't wanna get out of bed! I have had horrible neck pain for years, this has helped so much! We will be buying again!
