I bought the adjustable base combo and am currently a little over 60 days in to the trail and have already contacted CS for a remedy. So here goes... Delivery: Received the mattress two days before the base. Both are heavy, but with two people can be easily set up with no problems. Was able to sleep on the mattress the same night with no weird smell. Base: The instruction manual was easy to read and understand. Also describes all the functions and features. The included USB ports are nice, but charge super slow so I opted for my normal chargers for devices. It also slides, a lot! So make sure you also invest in the brackets to keep the base in place. The primary con for me in regard to base is that the anti-snore function worked for about two weeks and then stopped. Have to manually adjust to that setting. Further, the vibration patterns go all wonky every now and then. Mattress: I opted for original ghost bed, and height is a bit lower than my old mattress. The sides droop down when sitting on the edge, so it feels as if you'll slide right off when putting on shoes. The firmness is good, but my husband and I both wake with back pain that is typically worse than it was. That claim was my primary motivation for purchasing in the first place. Mattress needs to conform to base adjustment still as certain positions leave gaps between the base and mattress. Returns: you can return/replace the matress within the trial period. However, base purchases are final. If you choose to upgrade the matress, hen your trial is complete and you're stuck with the new one for better or worse. Customer service is excellent, however, I wanted another couple days to discuss whether to fully upgrade or just return the matress and go with a different brand. Was told than fine and made an appointment for a follow-up. That was mine days ago, with no emails or calls from the company since. This is not the first bed that I have purchased online, but now my advice is to go into a physical store and try any mattress that catches your eye or matches your criteria for a new bed. For the price, I want to be sure that a mattress will meet my needs and I'll not be stuck with a bed that promises one thing but doesn't deliver. I was hoping my experience would be much better.

Have only been sleeping on the Luxe mattress for a few nights, but so far it’s been comfortable. I don’t notice much of the “cooling” that it’s suppose to be known for, so that’s disappointing. The adjustable base is amazing, which is my reason for the 4 stars. Would recommend the base to anyone looking for one! I purchased the split king. Thankful there’s a 100 night trial on the mattress because I’m not sure yet if it’ll be a keeper.

This is the exact review I have sent to 38 different reviews- you are totally ripping off Senior Citizens and Disable people! Then never respond- go look at some of the reviews on BBB-Federal Trade Commission- State Attorney General-AARP- 3 Disabled Veteran Groups- etc etc - I spend 10 hours a day getting the word out about what has happened to me- I hope you feel good about ripping off old and disabled! But in long run your criminal (in my opinion), ways should be prosecuted. I will do everything in my power to let everyone know what has happened!

I was hesitant about both the mattress in a box as well as an adjustable base, but I've been very pleasantly surprised. Everything advertised has been true and the quality of the product was much better than I expected. Now, sleep is a restful experience instead of the chore it had become. Couldn't be happier with both products.

I ordered this bed with little knowledge of the Ghostbed Company. My decisions were based off the reviews of others and they were correct when they said I'd love the bed.. When the bed came it was way more than I expected. The adjustable bases had way more features than I thought. The mattresses are just the right firmness and my shoulders do not hurt when I get up in the morning. Thank you Ghostbed!! It's amazing to get a good night's rest

We absolutely LOVE our Ghostbed Adjustable bases and our Ghostbed Matrix3D mattresses. They are by far the most comfortable mattresses we’ve ever slept on. We’ve slept on a Tempurpedic mattress for years BUT the Ghostbed Matrix 3D is much more comfortable than even our Tempurpedic.

I have some serious back issues and haven't been able to sleep through the night for 10+ years. So, after hearing about Ghostbed on Drinkin' Bro's podcast, I 'd give it a go. I still can't believe how much of an immediate change. The very first night I slept completely through the night. My quality of life is so much better now; I've even started to be active (difficult with back pain) because I am able to get rest and recovery that was eluding me before. Thank you, Ghostbed. You've really made a difference in my life!

Few minor set backs, our fault. But thanks to Ghost team worked. I rate this bed a definite 10+. Will be purchasing again. Sleeps great before the bed, did not get much sleep. I have fibromyalgia, arthritis, but on the ghost bed, and adjustable frame, I now sleep all night. Thanks ghost

My husband and I got the split king. I have since added a 2 inch foam topper and it is perfect for me. My husband likes the mattress just the way it is! I love the adjustable bed! I’ve had some issues with back and hands going numb so being able to elevate my head and my feet a little bit has been phenomenal! My husband also is sleeping much better! Koko the dog likes it too!

First class all the way ...the rep. I ordered from over the phone was excellent... shipping was quick it came in two different shipments a couple days apart. Did not get the white glove delivery* i have had mine a month now and don't know how i could sleep with out this set up... i use the foot massage every night set the level on the 2 of 3 speeds available and the time on 30 min. and good to go! I would definitely buy again.. BTW i like a firm mattress so i went with the base mattress perfect for me.
