Very pleased with the quality and look of the product.

Purchased online. Delivered to the driveway in about 1 week. Good packaging, although 1 board had a split that we glued before installing. Very good quality. 2 carpenters spent 8 hours installing and anchoring. Took additional time as out concrete patio is sloped.

The Product seems to be of quality from the look of it. But my issue was with Delivery and Installation and the BYD Customer Service 1. Delivery guys lay this over my garage eyberow roof and damaging the lip 2.Installers came and inspected and said that this product dont have necessary fasteners to fasten it to deck and they cannot guarantee they can install over the joist and no guarantee that it can withstand hurricane. Meaning this is completely useless for me 3. The Sams and BYD customer service did not handle the damage claim efficiently , they kept bouncing me back and forth. Will update once I have positive outcome 4. BYD customer initiated a return and I am waiting over week without any response the carrier

Very high quality material. Directions very clear and fairly easy to assemble. The pre drilled post made the assembly move faster than expected.

Super easy assembly. everything was cut and drilled perfectly, making assembly a breaze. My son and I assembled it in about 8 hours. the end result is so beautiful. We couldn't be happier with our new outdoor space. Highly recommended.

Easy to build, instructions were clear and concise and they provided plenty of additional hardware for lost pieces and/or repairs if ever needed. Looks great, very happy with it for the price.
