Didn't work

These beats were amazing. I have bought some other earbuds and those other ones sucked compared to these. All around the efficiency and their ability of these headphones while I use them in my forklift position at work. I can clearly listen to music or a podcast even with all of the noise in the warehouse. Like I said these headphones are amazing. Definitely worth the price.

Pretty clear sound. Noise cancellation is amazing. Great bass is what i always look for in headphones/earbuds and this met my expectations. Switched from Airpods to beats and it was the best decision! My only issue is that they are a little difficult to keep in my ear because they are a bit big but i manage it. Great product !

This was my second pair of beats. I previously had the studio buds and they were better as far as sound quality. The noise cancellation was much better with the studio buds. The fit pros are (for me) very different because the noise cancellation seemed to only work when you have both in. People complained about not being able to hear me clearly on phone calls as well. The case feels very cheap and fragile. On multiple occasions I felt like I would break it just simply trying to open it. I noticed with beats they don't get very loud. The studio buds were the same way, but at least they had better noise cancellation. I don't hate the fit pros because they do read out notifications (I drive for a living) so that was beneficial for me. Other than that I love the design, but they just weren't sturdy enough for me.

battery life on the earbuds and charging case are amazing! I use them for about 9 hours a day (i switch my earbuds one time every 4-5 hours) My case also doesnt need to be charged but every two days. The comfort and noise canceling feature is a must! i love them!

Constantly connecting and disconnecting to Apple (18) with no sound. PC bluetooth connections did occur and you could hear, but only if they remained in their case. I liked their quality and appearance, but they totally missed the mark on performance. I had to return.

they didnt mess around with random features, the sound was priority with these. and ive had a lot of earbuds. The only thing is they seem more pink than purple or lavender. But its whatever. its also nice they kept the place holders in the design of the rubber part. because all the new models of other brands have none now and they just fall out of my ears.

I'm having problems with the beats and have been advised by apple that they aren't under warranty. Apple Support stated that they should still be under warranty as they were purchased in November 2024. The serial number on the box does not match the serial number of the device.

The sound quality top tier as always from “beats”, comfortable, low profile while wearing them, cool features (noise cancelling, transparency mode, spatial audio, hey siri!). Only negative thing to say the case is a flimsy plastic which was a better quality. Overall great earphones. Highly recommend.

These just don't fit in my ear or stay in the my ear. The wing tips don't even touch my ear. Perhaps my ears are really small? The sound quality just doesn't sound all that magnificent for the price point and the case is much cheaper feeling that my original beats case.
