Great Sound, Easy to fall out of ears

I thought it would charge wirelessly like the apple AirPods

One headphone didn't work. Had to send it off to Apple for repair out the box.

amazing sound and stays in my ears with no problem

They provide good sound, but not so sure the noise cancelling is all that great.

would not download app for updates had to return to the store
