I've been wearing these for a week, hoping to break them in. Both sections of my ears that it's possible to fit the wingtips into are in a ton of pain (I keep switching them trying to find a comfortable position), no matter what size of rubber earpiece I use. I've never had this problem with earbuds before. They also keep disconnecting at random and I have to re-pair them constantly-- I have a Google Pixel. The sound quality is decent but not $200 decent. My $100 over the ear Sony headphones have better sound quality.

Charging case broke in 6 weeks. Wires popped and the cover just hangs off. Very poor design. Disappointed that buying a replacement case is $100, more than some new headphones. So much for support. Done with Apple.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No problems with connecting to my iPhone and sound quality seems slightly better than my AirPods. Being able to switch between noise canceling modes is a very useful feature. The only criticisms I have are small tweaks or upgrades that would really make this a stellar product. First off, the case feels cheap/flimsy given the price- particularly the lid and hinge. I don’t imagine it lasting more than a couple drops to the floor. Also the tap to play/pause/etc feature is super sensitive and I’m always accidentally activating it when adjusting or putting my earbuds in/out. But overall I recommend them and plan to get good use out of them for some time.

The Active Noise Cancelling is one of the best available in this space and the pairing process is extremely easy. Out of the box, the buds sounds great just like you would expect any Beats devices to. Pairing to an IPhone was as easy as pairing AirPods but also easy to pair to non Apple devices. The only feature missing from this device is wireless charging, however, everything else exceeded my expectations. The design is beautiful and make them truly comfortable in your ears for long periods of time. I take these on my daily runs and don't have to worry about them falling off my ears. I highly recommend these to anyone looking for a new pair of ear buds with outstanding ANC capabilities.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As if the deep, rich sound wasn't enough, the noise cancelling feature is certainly the icing on the cake! The multiple fit options are great too. The ease of pairing is a plus as is the charger/case. Would not change a thing about these! Highly recommend.
