Bought brand new and one ear bud didn't work at all.

People can't hear me but I can hear them only good for listening to music a waste of $200

The amount of money I just don't think they're all that good. They're not comfortable in my ears and the sun qualities is just OK if you ask me.

Bought 2 sets. Left ear bud not working on both. Returned both. Looks like this is a known issue and yet they don’t update the firmware and continue to sell defective product. Don’t buy and save yourself the hassle of returning.

They work very well, the only detail is that the noise cancellation does not cancel the high pitched sounds. So it is annoying when you want to disconnect from the world.

Received the ear buds in a timely matter and great delivery. However, after charging them and then using them, only the left ear bud worked. Very disappointed this happened on an expensive (and now useless) pair of Beats ear buds.

Never worked right and it was a Xmas gift:( guess what they thought of me I want to return it:(

I happy with my beats! I had orderd the same beats from Ebay and they didn't seem authentic so I returned them and bought from here. They are REAL!! be cardful the cloned beats comes sealed and all!
