Received the ear buds in a timely matter and great delivery. However, after charging them and then using them, only the left ear bud worked. Very disappointed this happened on an expensive (and now useless) pair of Beats ear buds.

Opened these "new" earbuds, charged them, and paired w/ my phone for only the left one to work. Troubleshot multiple times to no success. Have a feeling these were "refurbished".

Sound is great, noise cancellation works very well. The design is awesome, I’m able to run with them and they do not fall out, which is the reason why I decided to switch from AirPods Pro to these.

great headphones! the reason im leaving 3 stars is because they hurt my ear. I dont have large ears so its painfull to have them in longer then 5 minutes.

A product was sent with the date of 12-2021. With that, I received the product on 04-2022. The guarantee is valid until 14-01-2023. This must be stated at the time of purchase to avoid inconvenience. I do not recommend.

I often wear ear plugs sometimes. I like to wear one ear plug with one earbud. fortunately with these new beats I can't use the noise canceling feature with one headphone. thinking about actually returning them.

Amazing sound quality and far better than average noise canceling for an ear bud. I recommend a smart watch if you are someone who adjusts volume often. No adjustment on the buds. Phone or watch to adjust.

I bought them as a gift to my husband. They are amazing. The sound is so clear and wonderful. My husband liked them a lot and he can't work without them.

i got this pair for my husband and he loves it! sleek..small... battery life is decent. ..charge time isnt long. he takes them to work with him EVERY night.

Use them to work and workout with. Amazing sound quality. Bass is solid and you don’t hear any noise with active noise cancellation. I also don’t feel I have to yell to talk when on the phone with them.
