My previous tires were destination. July 31st 2023 purchased a set of destination tires, but a week later found out they were 14 months old. I thought I was getting NEW tires. Firestone no longer makes this model tire. Firestone employee did not tell me the tires were going to be this old. I have been Firestone customer for 10 years,I feel that I have been taken advantage of.

The OEM tires (Firestone LE2) on my Ridgeline were at just below 4/32" and we were taking a 1,000 mile trip; I always change tires when the tread depth hits that measurement, so I stopped in at the Firestone company store in Dover Delaware. I am very particular about who mounts and balances tires on my vehicle, having seen the effects of improper tools and techniques. I was greeted by TJ who quickly and professionally put together a quote. I scheduled an appointment for three days from then and left. On the way back from Philly the day of the appointment there was a serious accident and a 45 minute delay. I called TJ to say I would not be able to make the appointment time and to reschedule; he asked me when I would be there and then said "we will get the tires installed,see you then!" Sure enough, I got there, dropped the truck off, went and had lunch, and then came back earlier than the 1 1/2 hours I assumed it would take--there was my truck with 4 new tires! We were able to get on our way in time! The LE3 tires are quieter than the LE2 tires they replaced, handle great in the dry and wet, and are quiet. So far I have nothing but good things to state about these tires. They are working very well in the city, highway and dirt roads. I will write another review once winter comes to review how they are on wet conditions and snow. They are very quite tires and comfortable.

I was very unsatisfied with the service that I received at Firestone Store# 015547 last week when I bought 4 new tires. I requested that they use my spare wheel in place of one of the 4 wheels on the car becaue one was badly pitted. I asked them to use this badly pitted wheel as the spare. They indicated on the work order that this was my request and they said they would do it. THEY DID NOT! When I got home and realized that they did not pay any attention to my request, I called the store and was told that the technician, 13 Matthew, was out on break and that they would call me back when he returned. THEY DID NOT! I will not return to this Firestone Store# 015547 again!

On my 3rd set now. Car came w/this tire. Made the mistake of purchasing another name brand as my third set. Three replaced before halfway through warranty. Also too much vibration & road noise. Haven't been on the freeway yet but I anticipate quiet for a change. Never had any problem in the worst winter weather with these on my car. My niece purchased same for her suv when I recommended them. Was on my 2nd set then. Great tire.

Excellent tire with gorgeous white lettering. I instantly noticed better traction, ride comfort and noise reduction versus the previous tires. I would recommend this tire to anyone who has a vintage 60's or 70's classic muscle car on a 15-inch wheel who wants classic Firestone white lettering on a modern high performance radial tire.

This is my second set of tires on this vehicle, this set of Firestone Destinations that I have purchased over the years. Can't say enough about them. The old Michelin's were hard and slippery, these Destination LE3 completely transformed the ride of my truck and instill confidence once again that it can go through anything I need it to. I made a bad mistake installing these tires. They seem to have a manufactures defect. Before replacing the hankook factory installed tires on my truck, No vibration at any speed. Now after installation of these new FIRESTONE LE3, VIBRATION,I even brought truck back in and the manager rebalanced and even though a little better, still vibrates! I'm not happy at all and would spend the time to have a NEW set of anything that would NOT vibrated installed. I paid for road hazard warranty but that only matters if I ruin a tire not if I'm just not happy with your product's performance. Lemon tires!

Have had Firestone tires in most of my trucks. Do field service so on the road a lot in the NY NJ area. Roads are hard on everything. These tires run quiet, great traction in all weather, and are just about worn out with 65,000 miles on them. Like them so much, put a set on my wife's Honda CRV. She loves them due to the tires being so quiet and smooth.

I've always had good luck with these tires. Had an older version on the Jeep I owned. Was time for a new set of tires on my truck. These are quiet, don't slip or slide in wet conditions and make my truck handle well. They hold up well to my driving style and look good on the truck. I would definitely recommend these tires if you're looking for a great set. They were a little pricey, but well worth the money.
