I was very unsatisfied with the service that I received at Firestone Store# 015547 last week when I bought 4 new tires. I requested that they use my spare wheel in place of one of the 4 wheels on the car becaue one was badly pitted. I asked them to use this badly pitted wheel as the spare. They indicated on the work order that this was my request and they said they would do it. THEY DID NOT! When I got home and realized that they did not pay any attention to my request, I called the store and was told that the technician, 13 Matthew, was out on break and that they would call me back when he returned. THEY DID NOT! I will not return to this Firestone Store# 015547 again!

I replaced original GMC tires that had a great ride around town and on the highway. And I got 23mpg when I kept speed at 70. But If the road was older or broken the ride was terrible and noise outrageous. Because we travel, I needed to correct this. The new Firestones are quiet everywhere, but have changed our ride. We feel the road much more. Although quiet we feel any imperfections. We had our tire shop balance them at 200 miles. That helped but our overall ride around town isn't as smooth as it was. I'm wondering if I should have gotten a wider tire? The long highway drive this winter should be better.

Bought an awesome set of 4 tires from Jimmys Tire and Lube in Clay City this month on a recommendation from a guy named Wesley. He knew his stuff; and they are great tires! Ride is super confortable and really quiet, and they seem to hug the road and don't roll in a turn. I fully expect a long ride from these babies and I will buy them again! Thanks Firestone, and thank you to Wesley for suggesting these great tires.

I learned how good Firestone tires are when I bought a used Honda Ridgeline. After driving several Ridgelines this one had the smoothest, quietest ride of them all. I was surprised to see that all four of the tires on it were Firestones. So for my Ford Ranger, of course I bought four Firestone Destination tires. I am not surprised that the truck rides smoother and quieter than it did with its previous tires. I usually want to put Michelins on my vehicles. But now I have a new favorite tire brand. And with a 70,000 mile warrantee, I am convinced that these Firestone Tires are the best tires you can buy. I think Firestone Tires are the most underrated tire brand on the market. My father was true car guy. He was an aircraft mechanic in the Navy during World War Two. He taught me a lot about cars. Way back in the nineteen sixties and seventies he always relied on Firestones tires for his cars. And now, long after he passed, I am still learning from him. Thanks Dad, and Thank you, Firestone.

On my 3rd set now. Car came w/this tire. Made the mistake of purchasing another name brand as my third set. Three replaced before halfway through warranty. Also too much vibration & road noise. Haven't been on the freeway yet but I anticipate quiet for a change. Never had any problem in the worst winter weather with these on my car. My niece purchased same for her suv when I recommended them. Was on my 2nd set then. Great tire.

Well the tires are great! I did a lot of research. However, very disappointed in the morons that installed them. A couple of weeks after installation I noticed a strange feeling in the drive. I stopped at a different Firestone, closer to work, and they discovered some serious issues with the install. First, one of the wheels was almost ready to fly off as 3 of the 5 bolts that hold the wheel on were so loose they were doing nothing. Secondly, they removed all the tires and check the balance. 3 of the 4 tires were 1.5 oz out of balance. That is major! This Firestone place repaired everything, rebalanced the tires and sent me on my way with no charge. So, one bad Firestone experience was replaced by a good Firestone experience.

I have driven these tires for 30k miles and I am already really close to needing to replace the tires. I just had to replace one that had a slice in the side wall. I have had to patch the tires multiple times. The worst tires I have ever had. No durability and the wear on them is terrible. As the title says, DO NOT BUY!!!

It's not a snow tire but did an admirable job in a couple inches of new snow with hard ice underneath. Acceleration and braking were smooth without much slippage. Climbed a pretty good incline getting into my neighborhood. All without chains!! I'm pretty impressed. Rides smooth and quiet on dry pavement as well. I have about 10k on them so far.

The OEM tires (Firestone LE2) on my Ridgeline were at just below 4/32" and we were taking a 1,000 mile trip; I always change tires when the tread depth hits that measurement, so I stopped in at the Firestone company store in Dover Delaware. I am very particular about who mounts and balances tires on my vehicle, having seen the effects of improper tools and techniques. I was greeted by TJ who quickly and professionally put together a quote. I scheduled an appointment for three days from then and left. On the way back from Philly the day of the appointment there was a serious accident and a 45 minute delay. I called TJ to say I would not be able to make the appointment time and to reschedule; he asked me when I would be there and then said "we will get the tires installed,see you then!" Sure enough, I got there, dropped the truck off, went and had lunch, and then came back earlier than the 1 1/2 hours I assumed it would take--there was my truck with 4 new tires! We were able to get on our way in time! The LE3 tires are quieter than the LE2 tires they replaced, handle great in the dry and wet, and are quiet. I purchased these tires at Miller's Pit Stop in Richmond,Kentucky. I had a set of Firestone tires several years ago and when I got these I didn't really know what to expect from them. But I have been very pleased with them, I get good mileage and the traction is great and I get a good comfortable ride. I would highly recommend this tire.
