ring was very light tanzanite, trying to return NIGHTMARE! told me to return to store tried 6 associates and 50 mins later had to bring back home no one could figure how to return , then had to call and get a return label shipped back still waiting week later to get credit back on a same credit card?? never again will I order jewelry on line.

The ring is beautiful. However, not made to wear for extended wear. I received it as a gift for Christmas. A few weeks later, one of the diamonds fell off. I returned it and bought a new one. A month later another diamond fell off the new ring. I called Sam's Club customer service and they weren't very helpful. I just wanted a replacement ring. They were going to send me a replacement, but now say I can only return it for a refund and have to repurchase. Since the right is a gift, I don't want the hassle of doing that to the person who purchased the ring. I asked to speak to a manager, but have only been able to talk to a supervisor. I asked that a manager call me, but so far crickets.

I’ve looked at this ring for a couple of months. It’s well made and really pretty. Tanzanite is my favorite gemstone.

The ring is so beautiful. I have gotten so many compliments.
