good quality, manual a little complicated, but after thinking about it it is no problem anymore, we put it together with two persons, so far we are highly satisfied!

I called customer service expecting to pay for a replacement piece that was damaged by one of my children and was surprised that they sent the part I requested free of charge - including free shipping! Very pleased, thank you.

I put it together myself in a couple hours. Definitely would have been quicker with an extra set of hands! My (tall) 2.5 year old was all over it right away. Only downside so far is the battle to get her to come inside for bed!

We have just put our frame up and attached the canopy and it’s wonderful. The children can still climb over it while it creates shade underneath. They’re talking about the view from the top and making a hom inside. Even the cats are chilling in the shade. Really pleased with it. Also like how the canopy can be taken up at the bottom to let the breeze through.

Climbing Dome was a bit tricky to put together but the kids enjoy the product. Well worth the time to put it together. Appears to be excellent quality that should hold up to the Colorado weather.

Very nice to look at it very confusing and complicated to put together. The directions need to be explicitly clear and too many languages confuse what to do next. Only at the bottom do you see what should occur next rather than with the top directions!!!

This is a very solid and well made piece. It does take two adults to put together, but it is not hard to do. The grips at the joints help smaller kids climb and provide a solid footing. My kids and the neighborhood kids have had a blast on this. They are building strength, coordination, and creativity. When they are tired of climbing, they make a fort out of it. Overall, this was a great purchase and I know will provide hours of fun.

Our daughter loves this. My only complaint is the instructions were not easy to follow.

Make sure you have a partner to help when you are putting this together.

My 4-year-old loves this! Somewhat easy to put together with just me and my husband. Much more sturdy than when we were kids.
