My wife purchased the climbing dome several years ago. The grandchildren have enjoyed playing on it when they come over. I moved the dome several times over the years when cutting the grass. Unfortunately, one of the bottom bars rusted out and broke. Called customer service and the young lady was very helpful. I ordered five replacement bars, just in case some of the others rust out as well over time. Young lady helped me placed the order and the replacement bars should be here in a couple of weeks.

I ordered this for my 3 and 6 year old kids to climb on while playgrounds are closed due to Covid. It took about an hour to put together, but the result is fantastic. It's a really sturdy dome. I can climb on it with my kids, plus it looks nice and is easy to slide around the backyard as needed.

Great build, the gauge of steel and the powder coating are very robust and should last for decades. The green and tan color is also very nice as it is quiet and not distracting of garden view. Please though, set it up with two people and plan on 2 hours from start to finish.

Second dome climber for our family. I built both of them by my 5-foot-3 buck-25 self. Set aside a couple hours, watch the YouTube tutorial, read the instructions. You will be satisfied with this climber. Worth every penny. We have a parachute that we put over the top to turn it into a shady fort on sunny days. Brightens up the backyard a ton.

Some study of directions and time to assemble, but sturdy, high-quality components make it a great product. Grandkids love it. Second the recommendation for adult presence for kids that are young or new to it, and a soft landing area beneath in case of falls, which can happen.

All it took was one phone call… Other companies could learn a lot from the quality of customer service that I was given in one phone call to lifetime… Trey is a valuable team member of their organization. I have several products from lifetime but this was the first time that I ever had missing parts and without hesitation the parts will be here on time for Christmas for my granddaughter… Nothing short of amazing. Just this service alone makes me want to buy more products from lifetime… They should have a new slogan ”Don’t worry we’re here for you”

Materials are excellent. Directions lacking. With help, took an experinced mechanic/builder five and a half hours to put together. Very satisfied with final product and it was an immediate success with five year old grandson. He never seemed to tire of discovering the many things he could do on the dome. Would strongly recommend to friends getting gift for "five-somethings". Adhesive on the bar labels should be water soluable or at least not as durable as the one used. The finish on the bars appears to be rust-resistent but would be destroyed if the labels were scraped off. This and the instructions are the only things I would change in this wonderful product.

We purchased a geodome play structure and upon assembly we discovered it was missing parts. I called the customer service line and spoke with Shannon within five minutes. Shannon was super helpful and our parts are on the way! Not having to deal with a long wait on the phone and Shannon’s excellent customer service was welcome. I can’t wait for our kids to play on this play structure!!

Lifetime's 66" climbing dome is perfect for my 5 year old grandson! It went together well with excellent instructions (took 2 people about 3 1/2 hours...but no hassle.) It is playground grade, very sturdy, can support a total weight of 600 lbs. It is a fun addition to our assortment of backyard activities. My grandson loves it.

I received the dome yesterday, It took me just over two hours to assemble it, and it was really easy. I did it by myself. The best advise in assembly is don't tighten any of the screws at all, even when the directions say to do so. It will be easier to line up the bolts and holes, tighten every thing once it's together. You can use vise grip pliers to hold some of the assembly together while completing the circle. It won't take two people if you know how to use the tools and have them handy. I bought it for my granddaughters and I know they're going to love it, It's safe and sturdy and well constructed. I'm really pleased with the results. Bye the way the instructions are simple and easy to read, the only exception is that it instructs to tighten the bolts at different stages which will make assembly much harder, the parts won't line up as easy once they're set in place and you won't be able to adjust them. That's why people find the assembly a little difficult. Best advise in the reviews that I read, was "don't tighten the screws until the assembly is complete" it really works.
