My husband passed away 3-4-2021. I've been caring for him for many years because of his dementia. When I went to the funeral home and saw the cost of everything, I was shocked. I sat in on my mothers arrangements back in 2016 but her estate was paying for all the cost of that funeral. My husband had no life insurance just a small annuity account that I was hoping would be there for my future. My husband was 20 years older than me, we've ben married for 43 years. I had just sent flowers for my brothers funeral when he died of COVID in January 2021, so I knew that I could get the flowers for my husband on line for half the price of of the funeral home flowers. I work on a computer every day and thought that I could make my own programs for his service, which also lowered my cost. Then the true shock was the casket. I ended up selecting the cheapest unfinished wood casket. On the way home my daughter-in-law, form Texas, told me that a friend of hers had purchased a casket on line. When I got home I went on line. There it was a beautiful Navy Blue metal casket that was perfect for my husband. I had already singed a contract at the funeral home and didn't know if they would let me remove the wooden casket from that contract. Thank God, they did, so I ordered the casket the next day. I had 2 weeks before the funeral, the ad said they would deliver it to the funeral home that Friday, 6 days before the service. The casket was delivered on the following Monday, one business day later. I had to go there and approve it, check for any flaws. It was perfect! My funeral director opened it up and showed me how it would look for the viewing. I am 100% happy with my purchase. His VA Flag looked beautiful draped over it. The wooden unfinished casket at the funeral home would have been $1,599 plus tax. This beautiful metal casket cost $899 plus tax. Thank you Sam's Club for saving me $700, and making it possible to lay the Love of My Life to rest in a beautiful bed!

It arrived within a great amount of time! Once the counselor unwrapped it at the mortuary, it was ABSOLUTELY beautiful! I ordered it in red for my Mom and her upcoming homegoing services this week!

I would like to give a great big thank you to Sam’s club . The expense of a funeral is overwhelming. But to think of Sam’s club to purchase a casket was kind of scarey. Believe me ! Totally impressed with the ordering process. They were very accommodating to our needs . The casket was so beautiful . And reasonably priced . I purchased this casket in white and gold to lay my 90+ year old Mother to rest. It is a beautiful casket and looked as though her body was resting comfortably on the beautiful pillow. The deep dome shape over her face was comforting that her face was not being pressed. We covered the white casket in white roses and it was beautiful. It looked so honoring; as she deserved. The price was so good not a financial hardship. Thank you Sams club for making such a difficult time effortless. The casket was ordered on a Monday night and was delivered on Thursday of the same week, just 3 days later. There was even a number to call and be informed about delivery. The delivery service called the funeral home as well to advise them the day before of the delivery. Truly top notch service and care at a time a family really needs it. Thank you. The casket was nice and beautiful. It arrived in a timely manner and I was lucky enough for the funeral coordinator to inspect and receive it. The funeral home even said it was a very nice casket. It was almost half the cost of the starting price for cakes at the funeral home. My family was very pleased with the casket.

Our casket came damaged. Wish we would of inspected it as soon as we got it. Sams rep wanted to replace it, but it was too late. I did get a small portion taken off the price. So advice would be open and inspect ASAP..
