The weather has been calm so have not used the generator as of this time. It is insurance for my home.

Professional installation, good looks, haven't had to use it yet, but I'm sure it will work as the exercise mode has never failed.

Waiting

Product is top of the line for stand alone generators.  The delivery was a nightmare.  First delivery had fork lift damage to the generator.  The damaged return was listed as a replacement delivered back to me instead of the origination point.  Keep you paperwork and documentation when dealing with Sam’s returns.  Final delivery took 3 1/2 weeks and 6 phone calls to customer service.  Time consuming and frustrating.

Great product POOR shipping experience.

I previously had a portable emergency generator that helped me through a few hurricanes.  I retired a few months ago & built a house on my rural property 100 miles away.  Two years ago that area 
suffered a couple of bad storms & the community was without electrical power for weeks.  I now have my own well & electrical system.  Storms as we have in Southeast Georgia will not affect me as much in the future.
