Haven't lost house power since the Generac was installed so don't have any actual use data as yet. Weekly test firings have occurred and seem normal.

We have 1 year with the machine and we think is fantastic. Price and noise are bit high but is a good investment. We implemented a noise isolated room with air extractors and fans, and the final result is great!

I have had Generac 24W for 1 month and it's weekly start and programed runtime has been good. Power has one out for about 5 minutes and Generac started and powered of when power back on.

We had a Generac standby generator at our previous home. It proved itself during two major ice storms and a hurricane. When we moved, we again selected Generac for our standby generator.

We bought it last month and hope we never have to use it for emergencies. My wife is on oxygen and needs it almost 100% of the time. We bought it so her oxygen machine would still work if we had a power outage.

We had a power outage about 1 month after our Generac was installed. The Generac worked perfectly the entire duration of the power outage, which was approximately one week. No problems

We bought this a month ago. No power loss, so I not sure. I do feel good about the unit covering any power loss. It the next generation. So the phone application could use some improvements. Im sure they will improve over time.

I bought my second Generac for a new house one year ago. As the one at my previous residence, it works as advertised. No problems. Weekly testing performed. I would highly recommend this product.

I have not had an opportunity to use my generator so if it will switch automatically or not is not yet witnessed. I have great hopes for it the next time Duke Power service goes out.
