I am pleased with the design and features of the 22kw generator that I had installed it has come into service twice since install. It has run flawlessly each time and I hope to get many years of use out of it in the future.

We have had a couple of bouts of bad weather causing the power to go out. My new generator came on just like it was supposed to and kept us powered until the shore power was restored.

Only thing I can say since I haven't had to use it, I have never seen it come on for a test like on the commercial. I didn't know I would have to pay a yearly maintenance fee but I do want to make sure it's ready to go when needed.

The generator and transfer switch were easy to install with well written manuals. The generator has great voltage and frequency regulation from no load to full load. I recommend the cold weather starting kit.

That moment when all your neighbors are calling to see if your electricity is off, and you say, "No, I'm watching tv and my air conditioner is running." Priceless!

The installation of my generator looks great. It runs every Wendsday at noon for exercise. I have almost been hoping for a power outage to see how it works when needed. I will review again if it ever goes into action.

Like the quality and looks of product. It has a lot of auto features which will make operation easy. Easy accessible oil change and filter change. Like the green ready light and winter kit to keep oil warm.

Is my unit covered under the new 10 year warranty if not why not I just purchased it last April I have no issues with this product at this time Thanks Generac

Have had a few short power outage's, Has started up and shut off as it should have every time, I'm very happy and the wife doesn't have to worry about any thing, Thank You
