overall excellent product. only problem is warranty service. not any local "service dealers" so if I have a problem , I have to try to talk a authorized service dealer to travel 100 miles to help me. otherwise would have gotten 5 star

We are older and needed the security of having electricity. It is great to hear it come on every week for the short time it runs. This is great comfort to know that we will have it when we need it.

Had the unit installed last June - not a worry since. Went through hurricane season and it kicked in on several occasions with no loss of power to the house. Only regret is that we didn't have it installed sooner.

unit has a hiccup when ac turns on only a 4 ton unit 'back fill on install has ank;le breakers exsisting gas line was damaged not repair to code.back fill on gas line has a few ankle sprains in holes .gas lione wasw not taped as per code????

Having finished installation the day before hurricane Matthew, I was relieved when the local power went out for several hours and my generator kicked right in and ran everything like normal for the whole event.

Product is reliable and performed good during a recent power outage. It comes on once a week for a short run time and gives me the assurance that it is ready when needed. Gives peace of mind for emergency situations! A

It is very comforting to know that the generator is installed and ready to go. One of those things you would rather have and not have to use, than need and not have.

I researched all kinds of generator and decided that general was the best one for what I wanted to use it for. I could not ask for anything more,it runs the whole house.

Our power has went out once since the installation for a period of about 90 minutes. The generator came on automatically, and shut back down after the outage was over just as advertised.

Have had 3 power outages in the last month. Generac system worked perfect each time. On and off automatically, no intervention needed. I wished everything worked like that.
