After using a portable generator for years we decided that as age crept up on us it was becoming harder to hook it up. After some research we decided that a Generac whole house generator would be the best choice for peace of mind

How terrible is this? I pay thousands of dollars for installing this, power outage, it sputters, and then doesn't fire. Plenty of propane. And I can't get anyone to help. Find a different company.

Our 22KW Guard series generator is a beauty! We needed a generator for the "must-haves" when the power goes out, which is quite frequent on our cul-de-sac. The generator matches the color of the house too! We are quite pleased with it. =]

Had to wait 7 months to get it but now am happy that we have it and the peace of mind we won’t ever be in the same situation we were in 2 years ago with 3 days of no electricity or heat.
