Installation was completed timely. As informed, self-testing occurred on time. Although it has not been used during a power outage as of yet, so far things are as expected.

This is my second Generac whole house generator. My first lasted 15 years with no issues, before the we had engine problems. I like how easy they are to install and the ease of maintenances. I highly recommend buying a Generac Generator.

This product gives us peace of mind in case of a power outage. We really like the wi-fi capability and the fact that our dealer can monitor our unit for service and issues. It's a no-worry solution!

First attempt at starting it immediately dies. Second attempt it starts. Any other propane motor I have ever heard of starts immediately with no problem.

I hope to never need this genset but I know if I do it will perform perfectly.Looks great,awesome features will recommend a Generac to family and friends.

Just completed installation and activation this morning. The test run and explanations/directions from the installer were excellent. I hope I'll never need it but I know I have a product that will get me through any power outage.

Very pleased with install and looks of installed unit Only been installed for 3 weeks but sleep better knowing we are prepared for the ups and downs of Houston weather Wished I had it a year ago

We just got this generator installed. We like the appearance and size of the unit. It is easy to operate it and will comme on set to a certain day and time. We felt for the vallue of the unit it was good , considering the size we bought.

The install went smoothly and the generator is up and running. It's a great comfort to us knowing we'll have power when storms knock out the electricity.
