Excellent product, installation completed in two and a half days. Wi-Fi easy to install with home signal. Had to upgrade the home router to get the signal but no issue after the upgrade. Technician was very friendly and explained/demonstrated unit, warranty, and optional plans available to extend the warranties. He also went over the maintenance the installation company provides. We are very happy with the whole process from purchase to final installation and how it powers our house, if/when we should lose power. Second Generac we have had. First one was in our RV. Highly recommend Generac products.

We live in an farming area with a high water table, and drainage around our house that keeps our basement dry comes back into the house to our sump pit. We've had 4 instances over the last 2 years where power was disrupted for extended times and our sump pit started overflowing forcing us to rent a portable generator. In addition the fridge in our kitchen started to thaw and leak water on the floor. My wife kept hounding me until I finally got a whole house generator to ensure we didn't have to worry anymore. We've finally planned a much needed vacation in the spring and won't have to worry anymore about a power outage and out basement flooding while we're away.

There are several questionable installers but once I found a Pro, they were great. Wifi receiver is much too weak and will not stay connected. This 14kw replaced an older 13kw and we know we will be ready for any outage. I have been unable to get the 7 or 10 year warranty promised but not giving up, thank you.

The installation of our new 22KW Model 7032 went so smoothly by an absolutely knowledgeable, professional and respectful team. We are very happy and completely satisfied and we would be glad to recommend the Generac company and the Generac approved electrical company to anyone.

Chief’s Electrical Plus did a great job with the installation in spite of our county’s issues with the installation process. He/they did a good job with the install and it looks amazing. We highly recommend this company. Mr Love communicated with us every step of the way so we were kept informed during the process. We have had it work while power was out and we’re cozy during the cold weather!

In a rural setting it's common for trees along the road to fall and interrupt power. The GENERAC automatic stand-by generator system can produce enough wattage to supply household power sufficient to maintain refrigeration, lights, air conditioning, TV and internet connection automatically. This is huge when living in, and surviving, power outages that can last weeks during storms with extreme heat and humidity in sub tropical Florida. In many areas, such as mine with acreage, it typically means some level of self reliance, so from a trade standpoint, (as an electrician) I found this unit relatively easy to install and connect to my existing utility power system.

Ordered the 24KW unit in July of 2021 and finally got it installed in April of 2022 .. long backlog here in Houston post the big freeze in February 2021. Generator Exchange did a fine job with the installation which was a one-day job, post-pouring the mounting concrete slab. Ony hiccup was that the load shedding (SMM)) modules didn't seem to work at first with my 3 AC units. Generator Exchnage swapped them out and then we actually had a briefd power outage the next day, the genertaor kicked in for 10 miniutes, and the units worked flawlessly. Now waiting on the WiFi kit to finish the job.

I would recommend this to anyone. I consider it an asset to our home. We have a handicapped daughter in our home and it will help us to not have to leave our home in certain situations. Thank you Generac for making generators that help to make our lives better.

we purchased the 24KW system for our home. we have well system,AC, along with multiple applying needs in country setting. BRE Electric sold and installed our unit at the best possible price, and they were very prompt in installing our unit once all inspections were performed. BRE Electric was a great contractor to work with and highly recommend them as an installer for your generator needs.

Our 24kw Guardian Generator was installed yesterday. Ordered in October but due to hurricanes in our state, all generators are on backorder. Our Generac installer arrived at 8am and was done by Noon. Had a certified plumber installing our NG line on site as well. Everything went flawlessly. Generator tested, ran everything in our home and is now in standby and online via Mobile Link. Purchased a 10 year warranty for peace of mind. We have had 2 hurricanes and a recent winter ice storm impact our power in the past 12 months......and we live in town! Now, we are ready for this season!
