Generator has been installed and appears to work well. I have not had the opportunity to power the home in a real loss of power to date. Install team was great to work with. It did take 3 days to install over the course of 6 weeks which is longer than I wanted but at the end of the day they did a good job on install.

As a Florida resident, I know that weather events can adversely affect me for extended periods. This generator allows me, along with my pets. to stay safe and comfortable until power is restored. In addition, the control panel is user friendly and it is easy to check the oil status when called for.

We live in a rural area and when outages occur, it takes some time for the local coop to find the problem and provide repairs. I am Oxygen dependent, on O2 24/7, with limited bottle supply and for the portable concentrator, limited battery time. The 22 KW Generac Guardian provides me with a greater peace of mind during storms and winter time. Have been using a portable unit to run extension cords into the house from the garage, but that is not the best solution due to exhaust fumes. The Generac brand is a brand I whole heartily trust and highly recommend.

Very clean design. Powerful. Somewhat easy install due to great instructions. Runs quieter than my 8k portable. Smart switch simplified the install. Wifi was easy to set up following the instructions. Powerful twin cylinder engine looks easy to maintain. Looking forward to acomfortable life nest storm outage.

This generator and transfer switch are great. I purchased and installed myself. The guidance in the manuals is great. Granted, you do need to know how to do electrical work and gas piping correctly and safely. I called for assistance getting it connected to wifi and the representative was very helpful and polite. The system then started up and functions perfectly. Very satisfied.

I bought my first Generac (Centurion) 15k watt, 15 years ago. That one served my family and my home amazingly. As "Bessie" has now been layed to rest. I knew I was only purchasing another Generac. This one is 22k Watt. Quieter, electronic. and I already have the trust in this one. Worth, every penny. Generac is dependable and reliable. Trouble free and easy to maintain!!

I live in north Louisiana, and while we don't get the beating the guys do down south from hurricanes we do get a ton of tornados, high winds, and torrential storms, and we lose power all the time, often for days, due to our antiquated power infrastructure. Instead of waiting on AEP to fix themselves, I decided to take steps to correct the problem myself and get a Generac 24kw whole home generator installed by Precision Mechanical Power out of Bossier City Louisiana. They did an incredible job, and the generator easily powers my whole 4k square foot home including 2 central ACs. I work from home and have a older Dad who has health issues, so the peace of mind this generator gives me is amazing. It has been just over 12 months since our unit was installed. I have held out this long with writing a review until such time so I could witness a real loss of main power and the automatic switch and start/load sequence work. About an hour ago we had a lightning strike which knocked out power. I jumped out my chair excited (weird I know) but finally a real event. It started and loaded in between 15 to 20 seconds which was the way I wanted it and it is doing great. When the A/C kicked on, that initial surge caused a split second RPM drop, but that is to be expected. A year ago I was hesitant with such a large dollar purchase for "maybe" and today I have no regrets. Great product. Our dealer was Optimize EGS out of Scott Louisiana. Peace be with you

The crew arrived just like they said they would. Introduced themselves and went straight to work. Great communication between themselves and me. Everything went as planned and they cleaned up after they were all done. Could not even tell anybody was here.Highly recommend this crew to anybody who need service or install. From order process to the installation, everything went smoothly. Other than the weekly maintenance testing, haven’t had any outages since the installation. Get weekly updates on the system after the testing process is done. Highly recommended if your area is or has outages.
