I consulted with Adam's Power to install a Geneac house backup generator system recently and I'm sure glad I signed with them. I had three proposals and they were by far the most clear, comprehensive and competative. Dan Schopp was my tech sales representative and was very professional and knowledgeable. Upon signing they scheduled the work promptly and delivered and installed on time. Their office admin were very friendly and managed scheduled coordinated flawlessly with inspector and utility Co. And no worries....The installers, (Joe and JT ) performed and coordinated the work quickly and were done and cleaned up better than I hoped. The installation was done better than I expected no excuses or by the ways etc. they were very pleasant and professional and did an exceptional job. When complete they went over everything thoroughly, explained entire system, and I set up for a multi year optional maintenance schedule. I'm an engineer for the DoD and we have been using Generac products for years on our builds so I know first hand the quality and dependability. We've only had our home unit for a few months now but it's nice to have that peace of mind should a hurricane or storm come our way. Definitely worth the investment.

Having a quality home generator in Florida is like having a good insurance policy. It would be best if you never had to use it but being there is a benefit. The thought of finding alternate shelter in the event of a power failure in this day was not something we wanted to do. We looked first at solar and decided against against it as it would not be reliable in a storm. While we had to wait a while for installation it was installed quickly. Very professional people. Location is prefect and it looks nice. Quieter that I expected.

Our electric supplier has been unreliable for the 39 years that we have lived in our home. Finally decided to purchase an automatic generator. Have not had the chance to use it, since it was installed, but now have the peace of mind that if our electric does go off in the future, we have the generator to power our all electric home.

I own a Generac commercial generator for the last eight years at my place of business lost power over a dozen times due to storms has paid for it self ten fold, very reliable starts all the time and runs for as long as we have propane gas. Than I decided to get a stand alone 22 KW for my house best thing ever just lost power due to a storm five days after we installed it....I recomend a Generac for everyone.

After more than ten years' experience with our reliable 8 Kw Generac that met our basic electrical needs, we realized that it really didn't make a great deal of sense to have a backup generator that couldn't power our central air and our electric range as well. With that in mind we contacted our (outstanding) local Generac sales and service outlet to obtain a proposal on a unit that would meet our needs. Our sales rep, Ian advised us that our needs would best be met with Generac's 22 Kw Guardian with whole house transfer switch, which we had installed last Friday. The installation was done professionally and expeditiously and, almost as if on cue, we had a two-hour power outage overnight of the second day after installation. As the weather was quite warm, the central air came on during the outage, and while the a/c's initial startup load did cause a noticeable momentary increased load on the generator, it was well handled and we were glad we had followed Ian's recommendation for the larger unit. As we have been pleased with the performance of our previous Generac we are looking forward to having the added capacity as well as advanced features of our new Generac and being secure in the knowledge that future power outages will have minimal impact on our overall comfort and safety.

Before you buy a generator try to find the parts manual for it and then try to order a generic part. Good luck. My dog ate the auxiliary shutoff switch so now I've got a useless piece of crap sitting in my yard. One call from the "monitoring" company and then nothing. I tried calling back and they acted like I was irrational. My dog destroyed the cell antenna and literally destroyed the switch. I could easily replace both IF I COULD FIND PARTS.

The salesman along with the installers were very knowledgeable and helpful. The unit is the right size for my needs and it runs well. The only complaint is that it is loud but I will put up with it for the peace of mind that it gives me. I like the fact that I don't have to worry about the unit because I opted for the wi-fi so the supplier will be informed if something is wrong with it. It is basically an install and forget about it. I have the peace of mind now that if there is a power outage that I will have electricity.

I had my 22kw whole home generator installed 12/8/2016 and now I have no fear of an extended power outage. This is the time of the year that we have most of our inclement weather and the forecasts don't seem to bother me at all now. The installation process could not have gone any smoother. The whole generator is smaller than my outside central ac unit. Thanks for a great product.
