We recently lost power here near the Atlanta area do to high winds from the hurricane. The power was out in our area for 24hrs. The generator came on as it should and ran the entire time with no problems. We were the only ones with light on the street. A++

From the initial salesman and company administrator/scheduler, to the gas/plumber and electric crews involved, I can easily say (& recommend) Generac (& the Generac Super Center processes as being a wise decision and excellent process in providing a great back-up electricity solution for my home. All aspects of this process were professionally exemplary and excellent.

Just built a 6,000 sq ft home on the main street in historic Hot Springs National Park Arkansas and this unit will do the job. Installed reasonably easy and tested perfectly. Looking forward to never using it but given our history here and ice storms fell I will be calling on next winter. I feel better knowing it's there

Our generator was installed on Friday March 10th. The very next morning our power went out! The generator performed flawlessly! Our house and greenhouse stayed lighted and warm!! Everything worked as if nothing was wrong. Then when the power came back on later that afternoon the generator switched off just like we had been told it would do! We are very pleased with our investment!

Lost power at least 5 times last winter, and again this spring, each time for days. My home is over 4,500 sf, so I wasn’t sure how expensive this project would be. After seeing how affordable the on demand was and knowing it will add to the home’s value, I made the investment. My neighbors have stopped to report Generator Envy, and I’ve encouraged them to check out the affordability. The more Heat Pumps and Electric Vehicles are added to the grid, the more our old system will fail. I’m almost exited for the next outage.

Well our Generac 22K generator is ready every second every hour of everyday 24/7 peace of mind. Completely satisfied with our generator, comes on once a week for 10 min to do a self test, great feature. We did lose power this winter season and just like generac said the unit will kick on in 10 seconds. Restored power to the house!!!! At that point I said it was worth every penny. Generac 24KW ATS I am so glad that I had my generator installed this year because the 24KW unit was available. I took advantage of the MobileLink WiFi which is great because with any status change, emails are sent to me and my dealer. Peace of mind knowing the unit is operational and ready! The Tank Utility Monitor is a real plus because at a glance of my phone, I know the fuel level of my propane tank. Sweet! The Smart Management Modules really are smart making whole house transfer a simple hands off operation.

Our 26KW generac was delivered and installed May 16th. It ran 3 test cycles and then we had a 90 minute power outage. We immediately noticed oil spillage all over our freshly poured concrete pad. We open the Generac and there was frsh oil all inside. We contacted our dealer and they diagnosed that the seal was improperly installed from the factory. A few later, the technician took everything apart and fix the issue during about 3 hours. We purposely ran the Generac for another hour to ensure there was no oil leakage. We accepted that there may a bit of residue. The machine ran other test cycle and there is oil spillage again. We are so disappointed that our machine seems to be a lemon and has endured this much work and it is barely 1 month old. Now what ? please help
