Just went through 5 days without power in Michigan after a recent ice storm. My new 18kw generator performed flawlessly for 5 days powering my entire house. Temperatures got down into upper teens at night and upper 20s to low 30s on a couple days. I have real peace of mind knowing my power is backed up!

I replaced a small generator with a new 24kW Generac. The WiFi connection took an old person a little time and effort. But it is connected and ready to run. I no longer will have to worry about being without power. The auto start and transfer switch will be great. Not that I want to have a power outage. But we are ready for it when it happens, and it will.

1n 2014 I purchased a Generac 10Kw standby generator for our home, never thinking I would be using it so often. As it ran flawlessly, I decided I wanted another 10Kw for my garage/workshop that also contains 3 freezers. The 10Kw is a bit of overkill for this current usage however, it is backup in the event of the 1st generator failure or storm damage to our house preventing us from using it. As backup, it would provide power for both that garage/shop and a travel trailer. "Don't be scared; Be Prepared" is one of our mottoes. I am confident that this generator will survive the test of time. I tell Everyone that this is exactly what they need.

Ordered this unit back in January after a brutally cold start to winter and a few blackouts! Just had it installed August 2021. Looks great and operates quietly. The techs were very professional and courteous. This generator will provide me and my family peace of mind, especially when our winter season begins.

The generator has come on with every power outage, and worked as expected. But on one occasion, after it turned off the red light came on. The code had to do with the engine rpm's, I read the manual and fixed the problem. Had we not been home and the power went out again the generator would have failed. We purchased this generator for insurance in case the power goes out, now there is always the concern, will it fail again.

I've wanted to install a generator for several years now but pulled the trigger when they offered a 10 year extended warranty option for free. The install process went well but took about 11 hours to do. The finished product looked good. I wish there was an option of some colors because the buscuit color sticks out against a darker color house. The dealer, Lee Legler, did a great job and answered all my questions. The first test run went well. I also like the app you have that lets the homeowner monitor the generator's status.

We priced out the whole house generac a year ago and didn't go ahead with it. A year later, the pricing increased and we then ordered the unit. We had to wait a few months for the installation. With the unit installed and working, we have peace of mind.

Crew showed up and went to work, one day was estimated and the job was done as promised. I just stayed out of the way and they went about the job as if it were changing a lightbulb. No delays, had all of the piping and electrical materials. Ran tests and explained how the machinery works. Answered all of our questions. Handed over the keys and manuals and we were quite satisfied. Job well done. Now I can laugh when thunderstorms hit.

Purchased from Rescom Electric-Prairieville, LA. Installers arrived right on time and did a nice, neat job. They came back promptly the next day to test run and explain the remote monitoring. The system worked as described during the test. Living in Louisiana, hurricanes are a way of life and I was tired of fighting portable generators. My subdivision is full of Generac products and everyone seems satisfied. Glad I have it, but hope I do not have to use very often!

Installer showed up on time as quoted and had the unit installed and running in 4 hours. Good clean job took care of land scaping, doesn't even look disturbed. Very satisfied with installer (an authorized installer), even straightened my meter socket for me. Unit very quite for its size, looking forward to many years of service from unit.
