Bought this generator a few years ago and have done annual service. It has failed all three times it was needed. Local dealer has looked at it, but doesn’t have a clue. Do not buy this product, it will let you down when you need it!!! Generac will just send you to a dealer, no ownership. Expensive product, completely useless!!

Finally had my Generac installed today. Installers were great, basically working in a monsoon. Very professional, very detailed work, left no mess. You could see pride in their work. Now my mind is more at ease. Thank you Shepp Electric of Chardon!!!!

Purchased this unit for peace of mind should we be subjected to a power outage. Installation was completed in one day. The unit has a small footprint and blends in with the A/C units. The web application is simple use, and the price point was very reasonable.

The manual that they send out with the unit doesn't have all the electrical connections in it and doesn't give you all the information to allow your generator to fully function crappy product crappy service crappy support, if you want a generator for backup supply go elsewhere to a company that actually knows what they're doing I can produce the manuals to back it up and not make change to the generator and then don't change the manual so it doesn't work properly.

Just installed today by billy.i like everthing was coordinated with the power company & the propane company.everyone doing their job to get us up & running.everyone was professional & doing their job.we may never need to use but as we are getting older it's nice to know we have backup power.thanks.

This is our third Generac generator for a good reason. Their units simply work, and work well. Our last Generac generator made it through a hurricane and ran for three (3) weeks straight. We felt very comforted knowing that it worked so well, and g-d forbid we need to rely on our generator again, we know our newest Generac addition will be there to carry the load.

This product is as advertised and works as it should. I am very pleased with this generator and its operation. I am confident that I can rely on it to protect my electrical power requirements. The only problem I had was actually getting the unit and having it installed. The actual choice to buy was easy and the cost was acceptable for the security it offered and paying for the unit was easy but delivery was three months later and installation was another three weeks almost 4 months after I decided to install a generator. And the advertised 7 year warranty free was the final factor and I still don’t know if I have that warranty. I haven’t seen any notifications explaining my warranty or even if I have a warranty yet. I called my installer but they said that was provided by Generac and they would be sending me a notification and explanation of my warranty, but haven’t received anything yet so it’s another thing that I’m waiting for. So I like the generator but I’m not thrilled with the company so far.

We had a Generac for 15 years and it finely wore out from all the hurricanes we get in Florida and we need electricity due to the medical needs in our family. Between the company that installed the generator and the Generac company you could not ask for a more professional service and they all were very helpful in making sure we understood everything for beginning to end. A special thank you to Holly Electric team (Samuel, Matt and carl) when they finished the job every thing was picked up and clean. I could not ask for a better team Tanks to everyone Awesome job done by all.

The Generac Generator looks good, test good, is waiting for the first power outage to see and feel how it works. The installation time was acceptable. It was more expensive than necessary for all that I had to do to get area ready and the calling, etc. I had to do to get gas meter checked and upgraded in the installation process. BUT it is done. I pray that it works efficiently and long term and that Canter does a good job of monitoring and maintaining its operation.

Product was easily installed, followed all recommendations in the manual for installation plus more by adding a gas accumulator in the fuel line close to the generator for allowing a surplus of gas to be delivered to the unit on startup. Product is quiet, not having extraneous noise to be heard by the neighbors. We sat the generator on a pre-made concrete pad which we laid into the interlocking brick walkway which is in our patio and walkway surrounding our deck. Really looks beautiful where it has been placed. Does not take away from the natural look of the area, but blends in very well. Gas line and electrical conduit have been painted to blend into the scheme of the house colors as well.
