NEED BETTER QUALITY CONTROL PACKAGING

We have ordered and used this rice pilaf for years and love it. Very tasty and quick side dish. Unfortunately, it was shipped in the carton already damaged and Sams won't credit or replace it. Two of the 6 boxes were poked through and not usable. Very surprising that it was packaged upside down in the box like that and no one noticed it.
