[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 7 months into the ring and it's getting worse by the hour. It doesn't even hold a charge for 24 hours any longer, ever since it has been exposed to the chill mode... so I miss out on sleep tracking, don't dare to track fitness.

It’s made me more health conscious and aware of my own body and its habits. Taking a star off for the battery life- lasts about 4 days or so which isn’t horrible and charges fast just wish it lasted a little longer

I wear it everyday so there are a few scratches on the ring, but it’s not super noticeable. I love watching for new updates and can’t wait to see what else my Ultrahuman Ring is capable of.

The ring itself looks good and is lightweight so it is easy to get used to having it on. I bought this after researching that it does the same things as competitors at a more reasonable price. However, I do find myself skeptical about the data it captures specifically when it says I have done a lot of walking during times I have been stationary, but it doesn't capture when I have just played a sport or other activity very well. That said, I do find that how I generally feel after I sleep does coincide with my sleep scores most of the time.

Secondly there are too many health parameters being displayed which are confusing. Otherwise I am happy to be using the product, thanks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my Ultrahuman Ring Air last year 2024 end of January and I have been very pleased with my ring. I was initially torn on whether to get this ring or Oura, but didn't like the subscription for Oura so it was no brainer to get this ring. The ring constantly goes through updates which is great. I got this ring mainly to keep track of my sleep, but now I'm pretty obsessed with the data that I get for my daily reports of movements, workouts and recovery, etc. and I find myself trying to improve it before the end of the day. I did have problems with charging as it would overheat after a few mins. They have noticed this and contacted me and have sent me a new charger free of charge which is amazing. This ring is definitely worth it if you're trying to keep track of your health compared to the other rings and worth the investment for me.
