I have been using a Forerunner Garmin watch, which I was fairly certain was very wrong on my sleep tracking and my stress levels. I bought this ring hoping for better tracking. I absolutely love the ring so far. My sleep tracking appears to be much more accurate based on how I feel each morning. It also is accurate on my stress levels since the watch says I am way over the top stressed out, but in reality am loving life, retirement, hobbies and grandchildren. The only thing that I believe is off, is step count and I am fairly certain that is me playing with my dogs and making the ring think I am walking. The battery life is not great but I honestly didn't think it would be since how big could it be if it's inside a ring? I am sure tech will just keep getting better and battery life with it.

I love it! So much cheaper and just as efficient as the Oura ring, No monthly subscriptions and it's water resistant and I've had mine for a few weeks and I wear it every chance i get. I love how it tracks my sleep so efficiently and tells me how much more sleep I should be getting.

Do not buy this ring. Died right outside of the new 90 day return window and all they can say is "sorry"! These are clearly defective rings and too expesive to just be out. Don't do it! It didn't have a 90 day retrun policy when we purchased it. It was added after the fact. grrr

Seriously, DO NOT PURCHASE. They have major issues with battery draining in 1-2 days. This is my second ring purchase. The first one purchased in January 2025 with the battery draining to quickly. Exchanged for a second one and within 3 months the ring DOES NOT WORK, won't connect, no bluetooth, can't re-set it because there is no connection. The Ring is DEAD. Returning was difficult because this is my second one. Sounds like they did NOT beta test this device (ring) to ensure all the bugs are out. I would not recommend this product. Ultrahuman has NO human customer service until 45 mins has passed then you get in touch with a human who will take 15 minutes to answer a single question. NOT worth it.

Battery life few hours only

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stopped sending data to my app after about 2 months of use and the battery dies after a few hours - doesn't last a full night. I tried resetting it, followed all of the prompts, but nothing will fix it. Basically completely useless and a total waste of money.

I have been through 3 rings (original purchase PLUS 2 warranty replacements) in a year in a half due to connection and/or battery issues. These rings suck. My 2nd replacement ring battery won't hold a charge after 7 months. Customer service said they were sending me another replacement… my last one… but when I reached out for tracking number they told me they were cancelling the request.
