It also tells me how to improve my scores when they are not the best. One of my favorite things about the ring is my sleep score and how that affects my caffeine window.

I’m not big on wearing a watch, so this is a nice alternative. It does seem to be easily scratched or beat up, but so far that hasn’t affected how the ring works. I had problems with two rings in a row, but got replacement and good support. The third ring now works great.

I bought this in March I believe, and I really enjoyed it at first, but once I got an idea of what my results were going to be, I ended up not checking them any more. I don’t find the battery lasts that long, maybe a day and half to two days. I do get compliments on the way it looks, but as for a smart ring, I tend to lean more towards using my smart watch.
