There are a lot of cool features, data to analyze, and they display it for you in a way that is digestible and not overwhelming. I like the suggestions it gives you based off of different patterns you have. The best thing I like it for is the sleep analysis, and the score it gives me. It gives me insights I haven't had before! Although now that it is a year out from me having it, I did start having some performance issues like it not tracking data completely.

However, their activity tracking still needs inprovement i.e. it records steps when I'm riding a motobike and does not pick up other activity like pilates even when I upload them manually. Really hopethis will be corrected with further software updates

Some updated caused issues with battery life but subsequent updates have corrected any problems. I have a smart watch and the data between the 2 devices is very similar, with the ring providing a what I feel is more accurate sleep data than the watch.

All the stats have nice widgets, finally I can track my coffee intake (previously it was so chaotic). I feel a loooooot better. Waiting for the weight loss feature. My wife gotta Oura, so we can compare. And I'm super happy I picked Ultrahuman. Everything goes really good so far. I had a minor scratch though, probably from a cat. But other than that, I'd definitely buy another one, when this one is dead.

It is light on my finger and most of the time I hardly notice it is there. I did have an issue with my first ring but was quickly sent a replacement. Unfortunately I have had relatively consistent issues with battery life even after troubleshooting in the app multiple times and using Chill mode (less battery utilization). For example, I will start the night with near full charge and be down to <30% by awaking in the AM. I wonder if some of the battery issues are firmware related as I had relatively good life for several months but then had an acute decrease in battery life in the past 1-2 months.

No matter what battery setting I put the ring on to try and help, it doesn’t hold charge. It’s advertised to last about 6 days, but my ring really only holds charge for about a day and a half. I loose a lot of data this way and it’s starting to become incredibly frustrating
