[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this ring for sleep tracking and it does this really well, much better than Apple Watch. so I don't need to wear the watch at night any more! it is starting to give me actionable comments after eg a bad nights sleep, but it is early days to know how this will impact my sleep habits etc. only 4 stars as after a number of weeks it disconnected from my phone and it took a while to sort out what was wrong. I contacted support and I had to do a battery re-set which involved letting battery completely die, which took about 4 days. I then re-charged it for a few hours and it connected back too my phone easily. It will now take a few days to see if I am back on track with data again.

I can see the ring is responsive to what is going on in my life. When I exercise consistently my cardio age is lower than when I have fallen out of the exercise habit. I gave it four stars because I wish it gave me more insight into my monthly cycles. I am glad I purchased my ring. I choose this ring because of the no subscription fee. I love my ring!

Some data are off my Garmin Fenix 7hr… so i dont know wich one is the right data. Also, i recently found out while looking at my history that i thought all my previous data was lost… but in fact there were in a dormant mode and i had to click on each single day one by one for 4 months to ses my results again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really great tool, it looks nice, but is super practical as well, I can do just about anything with the ring on and find it gets in the way much less than a smartwatch. I also love the app, my favorite features are the sunlight tracker and the immunity load alert that lets me know when I'm getting sick. It's actually accurate, so I've been able to make adjustments to lessen the intensity of illness.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really appreciate the concept behind the Ultra Human Smart Ring, it's great not having to wear a bulky Apple Watch just to track my steps and basic activity. The sleek design and convenience of a ring are definite advantages. That said, I do wish the free tier offered a bit more functionality. Features like continuous heart rate monitoring or any kind of dietary guidance would add a lot of value. Right now, it feels a bit limited unless you're paying for the full experience. My biggest frustration has been with the battery and charging station. There have been several times when I placed the ring on the charger overnight, only to find it hadn't charged at all. It can be inconsistent, which is disappointing for a device that's meant to be worn continuously. Overall, I love the form factor and the idea behind it, but there's room for improvement, especially when it comes to reliability and feature availability without a subscription.

However, my purchased my ring and it have connection issues and it never connected properly. ULTRAHUMAN were great at replacing the ring however, after only a month or so of using it, my ring has stopped connecting altogether. It works great for my husband so I’m frustrated it’s happening. However I hope it will get resolved as the app is great!

After several weeks tho, the difference between the 2 wearables are not that big so I guess it has calibrated tho there are still days that it seems off.
