I mainly bought it for sleep tracking but this thing is surprisingly good at fitness tracking as well. I specifically enjoy the recovery score. It made me much more cautious about my caffeine usage and screen time. Can't wait to see more benefits the more I keep using it!

But the ring doesn't work anymore since a week ago. The battery runs out after a few hours, even after charging it completely. Something has somehow... changed, and it doesn't work as it should anymore. I've updated the firmware, and run diagnostics, but nothing fix the issue. Which im quite disappointed now, I can not use it and I have no data about myself since the issue started. I have a ultramarathon this weekend and won't be able to use it.

The only improvement I have is that once my ring was broken, it took quite a while to get an replacement because I had to do several firmware updates before it was agreed to get a replacement. The support was always super quick and helpful but this I found a bit dissapointing.

It’s very interesting to see the difference in monitoring between the two. The amount of data that the ring gathers is amazing and I am excited to see new features coming in the future. As someone who is not use to wearing rings, it was an adjustment getting use to having it on my index finger. Like anything you get use to it after a while. Highly recommend for anyone looking for tons of insight. I’ve not had anything else that gives this much of a deep dive into vitals and it’s been a blast getting to learn through it all.
