[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are a lot of different choices for washes, but we really have only used normal, bedding and heavy duty. Like that we can adjust temperature and time.

We had to have 3 service calls in the first month we had it. Each time we were told it was something different causing the washer to not drain. It appears to be working correctly now but time will tell.
