The odor is typically caused by the rubber gasket attached to the washing machine. Along with regular tub cleanings, we recommend that you wipe down the rubber gasket and door seal, as odors from mold and foreign substances can generate there. Also you want to make sure that you clean the drainage pump filter regularly. Following these steps will improve the odor issue. ^Jennifer
