It has a great selection of modes, and while we normally will use only 2 or 3 of them on a regular basis, it is nice to have the others available for special needs. We also bought a pedestal with it, which my wife loves since she doesn't have to bend down to get clothes out or verify that nothing was left in it. Great product.

This washer is awesome! Had it for 2 months now and operating flawlessly! We love the ThinQ feature and app on our phones. You get status update notifications, can check on status of the wash, can download customer wash cycles, etc! Plus it it very aesthetic looking and we get nothing but positive feedback from visitors on this unit!

This machine is so easy to operate and the owner guide is outstanding and easy to read, not too technical. I’m looking forward to having this set for a very long time. At first all the options seems a little intimidating but after reading the manual and spending the time to understand each feature it was very easy. I like the connect via WI-FI as it tells me when the load is completed so I can move it to the dryer quickly without forgetting that I did laundry

The crew that showed up for installation were great in handling the washers (both new and old) up and down the stairway, no damage to walls within the house. Overall, I was happy with this washer and the service received.

Bought this washing machine a year ago to replace an older front loading washing machine and love it. Able to wash quickly all the loads a family of 5 can create in a week in one day, including sheets and towels. Very impressed and happy with my purchase!
