Seems to do a good job of getting the clothes clean. And I love how quiet it is. I gave it 4 stars rather than 5 mostly because I've not tried out all the features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a high end front loader for the last 15 years which I loved. Unfortunately it broke and was unrepairable. I thought a washer is a washer is a washer. Right? Boy was I shocked to see the improvement in this new machine made over my beloved old machine. The wash cycle time of the new machine is a fraction of the old machine, it’s quieter, uses less water and electricity and vastly improves the cleaning of the garments. I was shocked! I highly recommend this washer. If I had known how much better this was I’d have replaced the old one sooner.

We've had this washer about 3 months. It's done a great job so far with no problems. It's very quiet and it's nice to get notifications when it's done so the clothes don't sit in the washer for too long. It spins great, so well in fact the laundry often sticks to the metal drum. This helps in drying the laundry.

I have been having issues with both my washer and dryer since the day I received them/ purchased new as a gift.I have been trying for many weeks to get a repair person out since January 22 nd and still not fixed. I want a replacement NOW and your presidential department is not responding to any of my concerns. I have been polite on the phone for weeks and NOW it is time this gets addressed with no more excuses that someone is going to call me.

I’ll admit that I didn’t carry my weight around the house when it comes to laundry. But this machine is so easy and fun to use, my wife is astonished at the amount of laundry I’m doing. Wives - convince your husbands to buy this washer and you’ll be sippin Mai Tais in no time. And if you spill some on your shirt, no problem, your husband will clean it!

I’ve had my washer for over a month and have been satisfied with my choice so far. Prior to this washer I had the same model washer/dryer for 13 years. Three small tears appeared in the seal about 4 weeks after use, I called LG and they sent a repair person out and the seal was replaced at no cost to me. I have a family of 5 and do at least one load a day. My washer has to have a big drum and needs to be a work horse. I think this LG washer fits the bill. Very happy with my purchase. Since I rely on my washer so heavily I was willing to spend money for quality and durability. I feel the LG is a very good value and is a perfect fit for my needs.

Have used this new machine for about a month. Everything works perfect so far. Cleans very well and a lot faster than last washer, LG top loader. No out of balance alarms, shorter wash cycles, uses less water. Once leveled, it hardly makes any noise. Has easy clean features, with cleanable Filter.

The WM4000HBA was very similar in features and capacity. Have had it about 3 weeks and like it. It is quieter than the old model, and provides a lot more feedback as to what it is doing.
