[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very satisfied with my washer. Cleans all my laundry and leaves them smelling great. Lots of washing options and whisper quiet. I keep checking on it to make sure it's still running cause it's so quiet. Very satisfied with my purchase.

We purchased the new washing machine for 2 reasons. Our old machine was showing it's age, and we wanted to go to a front loader to make doing laundry easier. Our old top loader was making it hard for my wife, a little over 5 ft was finding it a little bit harder to reach down into the washer to remove the washed clothes. The new front loader mounted on the pedestals solves that issue. The washer works well and has a lot of features. I didn't think we'd use the LG ThinQ app, but we actually like the notices it sends, and being able to see the load progress without going to the laundry room to check on them is a nice feature.

The increase in tub capacity surprised me. My 12-year old Bosch washer seemed large at the time, but now I can do 1 1/2 loads at a time and get through the laundry much faster - always a plus as my machines are in my cold garage! But it feels like the completed wash cycle is slightly wetter than the old Bosch. Not by much, but noticeable. With the increased new tub size, I might just need a larger new LG dryer - and matching laundry pieces are always an esthetic plus. Even if they are in the garage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the performance of the washer, it does an excellent job cleaning the clothes, it is quiet when washing and spinning. The one thing I wish you provided is a more complete User’s Guide. It would be easier to go to the User’s Guide to have questions answered rather than go to the internet, search for the manual and then try to find where an answer might be to a question.

I love the ability to use extra hot water for sheets, towels and underware/socks loads and tap water temperature for everything else.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer a month and half ago. Before purchasing I did research on the best and reliable washer to purchase. The LG washer was at the top of all that were reviewed. It has not disappointed and has met every expectations.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look of the new washer and dryer! The capacity is great. The drums inside are stainless steel. I still haven’t learned how to work all the features on it yet so I’m just using the the preset dials. Because my laundry room is so small we were able to buy a stackable attachment to set one on top of the other. The dryer set up on top of the washer. Now it looks and fits great! It washes and dries really well. I would recommend it to anyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this a few weeks ago, very happy with the overall features of the washer. Completion time is much faster than previous washer and much quieter. It also connects to my phone and lets me know when cycle is complete.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The manual is a little vague on how to use the machine so there’s a small window of getting used to all of its features. It really does a great job washing clothes with about a third of the water normally used.
