"Is an energy saver!" Dial it, watch it wash.

Bought this on 10//24/2020 when we moved into our new house. Never had a washer that is as efficient as this one. Sets the time according to the load and not some arbitrary time. Great feature!

Finally upgraded.

Disappointed

This washer came highly recommended but I'm noticing that it does not wash very well as items still come out with stains even though they were pretreated

Leaks since day 1

We’ve been without a washer for a month now, due to a leaking drain pump assembly. The parts are on back order, so I finally demanded LG send a replacement. Hopefully that will be approved so we can stop going to the laundromat during covid.

Great product! Good features!
