Poor quality Is good machine but the rubber around door Is poor quality I replaced already Even 2 one is getting bad And machine start leaking water I don’t recommend it

The washing machine works flawless. We use all the time since we have a autistic lady. Never have any trouble with it. The app is a plus.

I am dealing with my second LG washer that has failed to perform. The first was purchased in 2018. It required two repairs over its short life. After a third repair that became necessary it was replaced with a new washer in 2021. The first purchase was done without an extended warranty and the cost of repairs was approaching the cost of a new machine. The machine purchased in 2021 was accompanied by the purchase of an extended warranty. The first breakdown came within the first year and a half. the second probably a year after that and now dealing with the third breakdown. This time the repairman has visited four times and each time discovers another part that is required. The length without which I have had working is now slightly longer than three (3) months. This is an untenable by any standard. I bought the same machine twice and both machines had issues. LG does not have the appropriate quality control to provide a decent, purchase worthy, product.

Purchased 2 1/2 weeks ago and door is leaking already. Went to take out my laundry & found water filled the drain pan. Was told the door gasket is bad. I haven’t even done 10 loads yet!!!!!! Reading the reviews, it’s seems many, MANY, customers are having the same leaking problem. LG should resolve this issue first all of us

Within 40 hours of delivery and only 3 regular laundry loads, the drum is rubbing the door seal causing the seal to deteriorate. This was my 4th LG washer, but this one doesn’t make the cut. My WM4200HBA model LG washer that is 5 years old is amazing, but sadly the WM4000HBA that I bought to replace my 10 year old LG that died isn’t the same quality machine.

I can’t believe how clean the clothes get with this product.

Have had this item for a few weeks….. love.. love.. love it!!!!!!
