Perfect size and comfort. Places in our den for extra seating and bed for guest. Easy to convert into a twin bed. No uncomfortable bar in the back like pullout sofas. With Serta in the name I was confident it would be comfortable. Probably not long enough for anyone over 6 fr.

Love the chair. It's comfortable to sit in. We haven't had to use as extra bed yet but we did try it out; seems like a good fit for what we needed it for. I also like the fabric, not scratchy or uncomfortable.

It looks exactly like the picture. So easy to put together (only have to slide the chair and the armrests together...no tools necessary. Easy to use. I bought 33"x75" cot sheets for it and they work perfectly. It's 72" long when extended to sleep position.

The chair exceeded our expectations! We were skeptical that such a reasonably priced chair/bed would be as sturdy, come without damage or parts missing (there are no parts to put together except to slide the arms into the brackets) and that it would function as we had hoped. It’s perfect in our spare bedroom which is also my craft room and our reading room. It gives us an option to have a bed in there without taking up the space of a regular twin all the time. I love that I can pull out the bottom and use it as a lounge chair without having the back down. It’s firm but we like firm. It’s not so firm that you are t comfortable in it. It’s not a cushy, floppy chair and that’s exactly what we didn’t want. I can see this holding up well over the years. We are two senior citizens so we’ve had a lot of different furniture over the years. Some of the expensive pieces we’ve had held up worse than the inexpensive. I think this will be the case here. And, as Seniors, we appreciate the ease of converting from chair to bed and back again, I’d say it’s pretty perfect. Unless things change down the road, we are very happy with it.

Great chair! Roomy, comfortable and well made. Using this chair in my office/dressing room as a place to relax and take naps. :) makes into a nice chaise and easily into a bed. Have to pull away from the wall to fully recline the back, but not that big of an issue. I got the ivory and keep it covered with a cotton blanket because the chair is my 2 dogs new favorite spot too. Well worth the money.

I needed a guest bed (and no space for one). Hence this purchase. What I didn't expect was the high quality of the chair. Make no mistake. It is well made. Truly. It comes in one heavy box. The good news? It comes in four pieces. The lower back pillow. Two sides. The main chair / bed. The two sides easily attach, by sliding the sides into the chair/bed. No tools are required. This is the "assembly required". It is great that they have you assemble the chair because I could then get through a narrow door. Here was the real surprise: I actually WANT to sit in the chair and read a book. I didn't expect that. Bottom line? Honestly? I think the chair is a worth a thousand dollars. Truth. I am considering buying a second one. Now the sleep quality? Unknown. Worst case? I buy a twin PURPLE mattress topper (PURPLE is a GREAT bed by the way).

So cute! love the the color of this chair( ivory boucle) also it having wheels on the bottom of the chair is huge relief.

For the price, it's a great chair with the option to turn into a bed. I liked that it has coiling for support and not just foam. It is a stiffer feel to sleep on but I'm okay with that. If we had a guest coming, I'd likely put a foam piece on it. It's in a spare room and not used regularly as a bed. The light gray color is very nice. It appears to have a pink cast in the websites pictures but it doesn't in reality.

Nice chair for when grandkids come over to hangout. Unfortunately I have to pull the chair forward about 5 inches to lay backrest down flat. I also didn't realize the fabric had pilling texture not smooth. Aside from those two minor things I am happy.
