I've ordered this product quite a few times for my sister. I ordered this time for her birthday and Christmas. She received the package and there was no dry ice or anything in it to keep it cold. The seafood was defrosted, warm, and bad. Absolutely horrible to send seafood without any means to keeping it cold. That is a huge safety violation.

I attempted to order this twice! Twice shipped via Fed Ex 2-Day, the first time it arrived 10 days later, completely defrosted. The second shipment was stuck in another state for 5 days and I had Sam's cancel it so it didn't arrive like the previous shipment. The seller really needs to address how this frozen food is shipped.

I only got two lobster so the picture is misleading.

Lobsters were tainted, after consuming the lobster, i had a nausea and vomiting all night.

Fed Ex delivered the food not with in the 3 days but 6 days all the items where spoiled. The box was dripping and stink.

I eagerly awaited the arrival of this sampler. I was not disappointed at all. My husband was excited to have so many choices. It arrived in a dry ice cooler and all products were still frozen.
