Thanks for the feedback Nita. Due to the wide variety of wiper arms and the many adapter configurations that are needed to accommodate them, it can get a little complicated to install if you are not familiar with installing wiper blades. Fortunately, Sam's Club will install them for you at no charge, Sincerely, PEAK Technical Product Support
