I wasted a lot of energy pricing out tires. I was not expecting to find what I needed, but the gentleman showed me two of the tires I was interested in and I was able to buy them install them and shop all in an hours time! Bravo to the guys installing the tires and the great advice

They drive just as good and look Better than our last set of tires we bought somewhere else. In fact thevothervtores were 400.00 more and the Sams tires drive just as well if not better.

I know what is involved in finding the best tires for work , drag racing , cruising and long distance travel . I also know of the importance to locate the company that can and will install those tires . I bought from Sam's Club for the tires I'm familiar with for my Ram 1500 and the value . The two men who replaced my old tires knew how to install the new tires , protecting my rims , balanced perfectly for a smooth ride , “toques “ the lugs as they should but not all places do that , made sure the tire sensors all worked and tire pressure on all tires were correct and to spec . I will have Sam's Club install my tires from now on … Sam's Club in Timonium Md. location .

Great deal on a great set of tires. They were on sale for a $ 100 dollars off of the set plus free installation for another 80 dollars off. Plus I got my Sam's plus member cedit card and got another $ 60 credit towards my purchase. Plus cash back on my credit card on my purchase for my next purchase at Sam's. You cant beat it. They also installed them that day while I was shopping and paged me when they were finished. Great Customer Service when I got my Sam's credit card and when I purchased my tires.

Took longer than expected battery needed a recharge tech said I think you need to make a appointment huh. Why couldn't it be done when my tires were installed.

Sam's shouldn't sell the tires if they won't mount them!! Bought them in Madison and had to carry them to Pearl store to get them mounted!! Pearl store was very accommodating!

We were there to buy tires. The clerk had a terrible customer service attitude. Tried to express gratitude to turn his attitude around but to no avail. The woman working that day were competent and kind. Please talk to him.

Two of my front hub caps were missing after receiving my truck back and I was told they are not responsible for this. I will not be bringing my truck or any of my other cars to get new tires from them.

Had to order the tires it took a week and was never notified that they came in I had to call to find out. Had an appointment on 12/11/25 at 11am which did not go well cause the installation could not happen because of lack of experience, they could not get my lug nuts off. I asked what was the problem the installer said they did not have the right size socket, so I said if I get you the right socket can you do it he said yes, I had to walk over to a Home Depot and purchased one. I brought it back and then they tell me they can't use outside tools, I don't understand why he had me go buy the correct socket and says he can't use it. So after being a very upset and unsatisfied customer my experience with Torrance Sam's Club tires I will never use or recommend them to anyone. Very poor service and to mention I got home and was abled to loosen the lug nuts with my cordless impact driver with NO problem, not happy had to cancel my order.
