It is hard to see small print on control and hard to understand how to setup. Without calling I would not be able to set up. I worry what will happen if something goes wrong. This is not a ten dollar item

I wanted a midrange priced sound bar to hook to my new Sony Bravia.
I compared all the sound bars my local Sam's club had and decided on this Visio for $200.
The sound is very good and was one of the easiest installs I've ever done. I connected the TV and Visio with an optical audio cable and a HDMI arc cable. The TV found the bar right away and the bluetooth connected right away. The bluetooth subwoofer works great and the suround speakers hook to the subwooker by wire and they sound great. Sound bar comes with a remote. I control the volume from the TV remote no problem.
