The first week or 2 it was great. And then out of nowhere it started cutting in and out constantly. Within minutes of turning it on. I’m hoping it’s not too late to return this because I am VERY unhappy with my purchase.

I have an $800 Dolby Atmos system for my tv room, but wanted something simple for my bedroom. This sound bar is not on the same level, but for what I paid for it, I feel like I get way more value per dollar

Bought a new system from a famous retailer. Unfortunately received a faulty system. Customer service and follow through was good, but return process was more of a pain than the 5 hours I spent testing to ensure the problem was the sound system.

Had the soundbar a couple months now. I have no complaints except that the sound bar will shut off after 15 minutes. I guess as a power saver. Other than that, no complaints.

but this unit is truly amazing. It sounds great during movies and just streaming music from your phone. Can't go wrong if you want a great system on a budget. I was so impressed i told my GF to get one for your tv.

Sounds excellent rather while enjoying a movie sounding like I'm inside the theatre or everyday enjoyment of high quality sounding music with a nice affordable price. Vizio has definitely been high end bang for a very reasonable buck.

I just bought this and it’s amazing! After 15 years my old surround died and this was a perfect replacement. I also have a Vizio TV so it hooked right up in no time. Can’t wait to start watching movies!

User control is not user friendly. The components in the remote are exposed to the user. Warranty off just three weeks and I can’t get a replacement remote. Bad customer service satisfaction.

Is good the sound is good bot now the bar dont wanna get the subw. And only has like 2 months with me. Sad. I dont know if somebody can help too fixx this...
