I've had this product for about a year now and it's a major disappointment compared to my previous vizio purchase. The sound is very flat and the bluetooth connection drops serveral times a day sometimes. It wouldnt be so bad if I didnt have to unplug the soundbar every time

This was an easy install which I complicated it. I was having an issue with linking my LG to the sound bar. I was connecting my HDMI cable I had laying around to this soundbar. Use the quick guide and use their cable which connects to the soundbar/tv. Also, there is an HDMI ARC in the back of the TV, specific for devices. I made assumptions and failed. Use the manual and even check youtube if needed. Very nice system.

Bought this last week. Super easy to install, it synced itself and was up and operating in minutes. The sound is GREAT, more than adequate for 18' x 18' TV room. Great bass, midrange and treble. It will blow you out of the room if you let it. The display on the remote makes it easy to operate and change settings from music to movie, etc. Easy to mount the surround speakers with plenty of cable from the subwoofer to each one. I would HIGHLY recommend this unit to anyone wanting a low price unit that performs exceptionally well.

Choice was between this unit and different cheaper one in which I had not heard of that manufacturer, picked the wrong one. After reading other reviews there seems to be a problem with this sound bar working with a Samsung TV, its true. The sound lags all the time the bar is on and works great when using the TV sound system.

This is our second sound bar. Surround sound is amazing!! Very clear. The small sounds come thru that you woukd never hear otherwise! Truly a different experience with movies as well as tv shows. Base is great and the setting allow you so many options. Remote is super easy. Either remote works volume of the tv and sound bar. If you have been reviewing, STOP . Buy this sound bar. Almost didnt because I was leaning toward a Sony to match my 85" Sony tv. Glad I didnt!!

Bought this for my mid size master bedroom. Connections was a breeze and the setup was very easy and painless. I was shockingly amazed that it filled my room. It also sounded like it's capable of a bigger room than mine. I purchased a second set for my son's bedroom and he loved the small speakers that delivered a big boom.

I like the sound just fine. Crisp, lots of options, etc. However, I cannot recommed this unit if you have a Sony Bravia OLED TV. The HDMI-ARC feature of this soundbar needs a firmware update because it doesn't consistently function with my XBR55. The ARC function will turn the soundbar off every time but only turns soundbar on about 25% of the time. This means the Sony TV switches itself to internal speakers and I have to manually switch back to external audio. Not what I expected. I've reported this to Vizio and I believe a firmware update is the only way this will be resolved. They sent me a replacement but same problem. It is not the TV (already verified). Still waiting for a call fropm their Level 2 support.

I purchased the Vizio 5.1 after returning another highly rated brand 2.1 soundbar. The difference was immedately audible, even to my wife who does not much care for sound systems. What was particularly improved was the clear voice and of course the surround effect with the 2 extra speakers. Besides being excellent sound and a lot of flexibility in the setup with the remote control device, this was a bargain compared to the price of other poorer sounding sound bars. I highly recommend the Vizio 5.1-H6. Don't let the Vizio name discourage you. Vizio has made tremendous strides in speaker technology and it shows in this Sound Bar.

I have been using this setup in my apartment for a while now. The sound is FAR superior to my Sony's build in speakers, which were very good themselves. The Vision has good base, true 5.1 surround, and supports Atmos (in a limited way, no ceiling speakers). Highly recommend them.

I just purchased this 3-4 days ago and the sound is great. My only issue is that if I connect my IPHONE wirelessly to play from my APPLE MUSIC. It plays for a while non stop and then all of a sudden it turns off. To play again you'd have to reset it. I see some other people in the reviews have this same issue. Has it been resolved? Or ?
