This is a high quality product that is attractively designed but the documentation does not do it justice as it is not nearly as complete and helpful as it could be. The whole section describing the menus should be expanded with recommendations. For instance, the EQualizer Mode lists: "Movie", "Music", "Direct", "Game". Great, but which setting should be selected when the signal source is a TV? Should that setting be changed as a function of the nature of the TV program? The AV Delay is supposed to allow the user to "increase/decrease the audio delay". Great, but how does one decide what is the most appropriate setting? It would be nice to get recommendations. These are just a couple of examples. The specification section is rather incomplete as well. For instance the frequency response of the system is said to extend over the range "50 Hz - 20 kHz" without stating the amount of variation (dB) in the response over this band. Nor is any indication of % distortion given as a function of the power level. These are important specs that help a decision maker when comparing many product price points. BTW, on my remote control unit, even with brand new batteries, the display brightness is very marginal making it hard to read unless there is near complete obscurity. That's not good!

The sound is great and I like all the different settings. There are two reasons I’m not giving it 5 stars. The first being that the device name isn’t customizable and if one of my neighbors or has the same sound bar system then they can get mixed up when connecting via bluetooth (this actually happened multiple times and I live in an apartment so I have lots of neighbors). The second reason ties into the first and anyone can connect to your sound system. I wish there was a way to only allow certain devices to connect using bluetooth.

I bought this sound because I really like Visio products. The sound bar it gives good sound and the subwoofer gives the bass that I am looking for when watching intense movies. The surround speakers is very clear when someone is speaking. The reason I did not give 5 stars is because the volume goes in and out at times. I have called several times for help, but the only thing that support know how to do is to restart the system. But other than that I really like this Vizio V51-H6 sound bar.

Sounds ok, but the back speakers are so low and i can’t turn them up cuz the button for that on the remote just doesn’t work. No matter what I’ve tried. Plus the Wireless on the speakers connects randomly. Not the best for sure. Sounds ok, and if the remote worked it would prob be cool in the speaker but the remote won’t let me turn it up.

I bought this product January 2021. i am really impressed with the 5.1 surround system. The features on the remote control for Equalizer, Setup,Level,Bluetooth and Effect gives the consumer alot of options for customizing your sound. The Subwoofer at 75 whats is placed right next to my sofa packs a punch. You can tell the difference when you switch from the sound of your TV to the soundbar is fantastic. The sound for the Movies, Music and Gaming is amazing. It is so easy to setup. I plugged this system into a Hisense 55 inch TV. It detected the sound bar right away. i set up the subwoof and the rear speaker that plug into the subwood and pair it with the Bluetooth. I was up and running in less that 30 minutes. For the price and the features and sound you get it is a winner

The Vizio 5.1 sound bar provides a great range of crisp audio, including deep base and good overall surround sound. This is the 4th sound bar I've had and it was the easiest and quickest to set up. Never had a Vizio audio system before, but I'm I'm very satisfied with this purchase!

I picked this up over the weekend , very easy to set up and the wireless sub woofer is perfect. The RCA connectors for the smaller speakers have plenty of length, and includes all the cables you need. Cant go wrong with that in the package. Sound is nice, full and rich and works great with my Vizio TV

It's been over a month ago since buying this model sound bar and I am totally pleased with it. I have another Vizio 5.1 Model in my living room that I got 4 years ago. Both models are excellent and have wonderful sounds. The setup the electronics are easy enough to connect and adjust to your own listening experience. I totally recommend this model and product.

My husband bought this system two weeks ago and we love it! We had a surround sound system previously, but the sound didn't sync with the audio on our tv, so it was frustrating to try to use it. We haven't had that problem with this system! Its so great to be able to watch movies and feel more like we're back at the theater again.
