Really difficult to rate the product as it was purchased as a gift. However the ease of ordering, one-button purchase and delivery two days ahead of schedule earned 5 stars!

I bought 2 new ps5 controllers and both are having issues, both having a weird desync making play impossible, batteries not updating to show charge, is very annoying

The controller caught looking drift in less than a 2 month span.It’s a good controller but I grabbed the warranty because I had a feeling this was going to happen.

when i received it it was in good condition but when i wanted to use it i couldn’t because the software was outdated and i had to fix it and update the heck out of it and it was so time-consuming

This controller is just like the original black/white one, just prettier! 😁. The haptics are soectacular. Fits nicely in your hand as you play your favorite games.

The PlayStation 5 console is a really good system. I love it so far. I've had no problems out of any PlayStation 5 remote that I have bought and I absolutely love the new color Volcano.

Within a couple months of having it and taking care of it 3 of the 4 d pad buttons don’t work I’ve tried cleaning it and still nothing there goes that controller

Great purchase! Bought for kids so easy to use has mic and speaker built in or can wire headphones to them durable vibration works well key’s everything great

My boyfriend was overjoyed with his new controller. He said it's his new main, and the old one is now the backup. The color is a vibrant purple that he says is perfect.

Online it was saying one price but when I went to click on it it was change to a higher price if I did not need it fast for a gift I would of went somewhere else that had it for a cheaper price
