This machine is very simple to use and seems to be very accurate. I love sous vide cooking...and this makes it so easy! The only thing I'd change is to make it just a little bit bigger.

Works perfect, only the holding rack is badly is designed and the vacuum back's are far to big for this Sous Vide, but again it works perfect, just watt I was looking for!

I just got this sous vide tried it a couple times every thing has turned out great and love finding new ways of cooking the same old food. I use UTUBE to find new stuff to try.

Simple to use. Makes the perfect ribeyes and fillets. With a quick sear from a cast iron skillet you have a quality piece of meat. Can't wait to experiment more....

Just not sure how the bags provided are supposed to fit in the Sous Vide Maker. They are too big to fit in the maker under the water.

This unit is very small. The concept appears to work fime, but the unit is so small that putting two ribeyes in it is the maximum it will hold.

Item is shown/advertised to be 10 quart but item received is only an 8 quart. I'm assuming a typo on ad but maybe I was shipped wrong item, not sure. Regardless, I'm unable to cook the larger pieces of meats that was main purpose for purchasing. Unit has worked fine thus far.
